Job Summary

To perform tasks associated with the construction/upgrade of aerial cable television systems. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
<ul>
<li>Maintain proper inventory on vehicle based on work assignment</li>
<li>Throw 1-2 lb. weighted rope over elevated cable lines, and tree branches</li>
<li>Pull lashing equipment down cable lines to secure wires</li>
<li>Use pounding equipment to install grounding rods and anchors into ground</li>
<li>Assist in pulling out cable lines and other equipment used in installing cable TV wires</li>
<li>Operate chain hoist to add tension to cable and guy wires</li>
<li>Read blueprints to interpret daily work assignment</li>
<li>Operate vehicle, following all safety and traffic regulations</li>
<li>Direct traffic flow in accordance with local D.O.T. guidelines</li>
<li>Other responsibilities as directed by Supervision</li>

The Administrative Assistant role is responsible for carrying out a full range of complex and confidential administrative assignments on behalf of the Associate Director of the Initiative for Research and Education to Advance Community Health (IREACH), Director of the Behavioral Health Innovations, Co-Director of the Program of Excellence in Addiction Research, and Chair of the Committee for Cannabis Research and Outreach. The position will also provide support to other faculty and staff members of the above groups.

The primary function of this position is to oversee and provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across the programs described above. Duties include budget preparation and maintenance, liaison between supervisor and various departments, preparing correspondence, reports and/or presentations, coordinating office operations including meetings and travel arrangements, scheduling, and purchasing. Duties will involve delegation of authority to act for or in the regular place of the supervisor in substantive fiscal, purchasing, and travel areas.

Act as subject matter expert of the complex rules, policies, and procedures in areas of travel requests, general office operations, and administrative practices and procedures; explain and interpret to faculty and staff.

Develop solutions and recommendations for general office operating procedures and problems.

Coordinate with other departmental staff members on administrative practices and procedures.

Operational Support – 40%

Assist with coordination of payments to subcontractors and billing procedures including purchasing, tracking, distributing, and internal audits.

Maintain online and electronic paper files, records, receipts, and other documents using spreadsheet and database software.

Maintain and monitor shared department email.

Prepare narrative and/or statistical reports and compose written communication on behalf of the Director/Chair.

Assist with administrative problem solving, project planning, maintaining deadlines, and execution of stated goals and objectives as outlined in university, college, and/or unit strategic plans.

Inventory Manager/Procurement

Primary duty is to ensure safe travel of all moving or stationary objects (people, vehicles, and/or equipment). Prior experience with installation/repair/maintenance associated with underground utilities preferred. Job Duties:

Our company requires the Service Clerk to assume the role in assisting and educating people in finding the best options for their needs and ensuring patrons are receiving the best care possible. The Service Clerk will be responsible for demonstrating efficient work methods, educating people on products and dosing, intake and verification, operating a POS system, and cashing out patrons while maintaining a compassionate and safe environment for people to access products. This role is a complex one. He/She will go through an extensive training process and continual training to ensure they are qualified to make accurate recommendations to each person they help.

Our client is an existing medical Cannabis Cultivator that processes and dispenses. They are presently searching for a highly skilled Accountant for the financial overseeing and management of a large-scale commercial cultivation company.
 
The Accountant will be responsible for a variety of accounting and month-end close functions related to various lines of business and company sites. Areas of focus include tasks in general accounting, fixed asset/project accounting, compliance, etc.
 What you will be doing: <ul>
<li>Completion of assigned month-end accounting close processes and procedures for various Emergent companies.</li>
<li>Prepare and input accounting entries into SAP including completion of appropriate documentation and supporting work papers.</li>
<li>Prepare detailed month-end general ledger account reconciliations to support account balances.</li>
<li>Prepare cash account reconciliations.</li>
<li>Perform various analyses of accounting and financial data as directed.</li>
