 GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: General Ledger Accounting and Financial Reporting
 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Prepare monthly analysis/reconciliations of all Balance Sheet accounts.
 Assist with preparation and file 571-L Unsecured Property Tax Forms.
 Assist maintain the Fixed Assets ledger. Assist with preparation of Fixed Assets reconciliation including all related transactions. Assist with annual physical inventory and ensure all assets are properly recorded and tagged.
 Assist with reconciling monthly raw materials inventory.
 Assist in Wip preparation and reconciliation
 Prepare period-end journal entries as required.
 Assist/Prepare Payroll JE uploads.
 Prepare all required tax and license returns for payment.
 Assist with all audit requests for internal and external auditors.
 Assist with annual fiscal year-end tax and other related items.
 Assist VP Finance with Annual Budget and Forecast.
 Take charge of special projects and year-end preparations.
 Prepare ad-hoc reports for VP Finance.
 Assist management with ad hoc reporting on request.
 Adhere to GAAP, SOX, and Company policies.
 Good attendance and adherence to work schedule.
 Other duties as assigned by management.

Sr. Staff Accountant

SUMMARY
 
Under general supervision, this position performs tasks associated with the construction/upgrade of various types of cable.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Performs tasks associated with the upgrade and splicing of Copper Cables and Fiber lines
 Maintain proper inventory on vehicle based on work assignment
 Assemble equipment according to design specifications
 Install/repair Copper lines in trenches and/or pedestals using various hand tools
 Test, activate, and troubleshoot equipment after installation
 Basic daily maintenance of provided vehicle-check fluids, clean and organize vehicle
 Prepare paperwork to track daily production, and accurately record completed work on job site blueprints
 
QUALIFICATIONS
 
Minimum six (6) months previous experience or training
 Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
 Ability to communicate professionally with co-workers, homeowners, and customers
 Ability to lift and/or pull 100 pounds several times each day
 Ability to endure long periods of standing, sitting, or walking
 Ability to work in an outdoor environment during all times of the year

The Lab Technician will aid with the production of high quality cannabis concentrates along with cleaning and maintaining laboratory equipment, recording and entering data and associated tasks. Responsibilities

Build relationships- Take a “hands on” approach to generating topline -- spending time “in the field” with our customers is necessary to meet goals</li>

Optimize merchandising- Work with retailers to secure high visibility placement for products and displays</li>

Activate in-store and promotional events- Coordinate and execute in-store consumer education events, and attend industry events</li>

Execute promotions- coordinate with retail staff to develop and execute promotions</li>

Gather market intelligence- Gather insight on the industry, identify and present opportunities for new products and brand extension, and build a holistic understanding of retailers in your territory</li>

Maintain expert-level knowledge- Develop expert-level knowledge of our brands, products, and competitors</li>

Elevate Green Freedom’s community profile- participating in relevant events, network within the industry and with ancillaries</li>

Requirements

Priceless Transport Care is looking for *ONE FULL-TIME DRIVER* and *ONE PART-TIME DRIVER* for our growing, thriving business. We are family-owned and operated, and want our drivers to feel like part of the family as well!
We are looking for drivers with personality, good people skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to think on their feet/pivot to changes throughout the day.
Applicants must be mature, drug-free (drug testing will be required), responsible, open and honest with us about your past &amp; driving history. No prior transportation job experience is required, but you MUST have VERIFIABLE experience in Customer Service.
Applicants must be confident behind the wheel - capable and comfortable with driving large-size vehicles, as well as smaller sized transport vans. Applicants must drive at a reasonable speed, and take care to provide passengers with a gentle and comfortable ride. No speed demons , please - we have precious cargo!
Applicants must have their own reliable transport to and from work, as Drivers are responsible for picking up their vehicle for the day from our Office Parking Lot. Our typical business hours are Monday through Friday, 6AM - 7PM, Though you may occasionally be asked to work on a Saturday.
You will be asked to provide both a photo copy of your Drivers License &amp; a 10 year Driving History printout from the DMV upon consideration for Employment, as well as being subject to a Background &amp; Drug Screening.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Codes such items as invoices, vouchers, expense reports, check requests, etc. with correct codes conforming to standard procedures to ensure proper entry into financial system</li>
<li>Prepares batch check runs, wire transfers, and ACH transactions</li>
<li>Prioritize invoices according to terms</li>

<li>Convert POs to vendor invoices, matching up appropriate documentation</li>
