Job Description
The Post Harvest Aide is responsible for manicuring wet and/or dry flower from stalk and break down plants to process/trim them to meet quality standards. Post Harvest Aides are also responsible for tracking the batches that they trim including the final finished product, the usable by-product amount (trim), and the unusable by-product (waste) according to company policy and practices, as well as state and local laws and regulations.
Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Break flowers off of stem and stalk of plant in order to separate unusable waste from usable product; employee must track the amount of unusable waste for each plant/batch.</li>
<li>After breakdown of plant, employee must identify and separate fan leaves, stems and sugar leaves on the flower.</li>
<li>Employee must account for each by-product type processed off the flower; adding stems and fan leaves to “waste” for proper tracking and disposal by managers and trim/sugar leaves to “usable by-product” (trim) to the MIP.</li>
<li>Employee must be able to identify various problems with any strain/product and be able to communicate with direct supervisors as necessary.</li>
<li>Employee must exhibit competency in basic organizational, tracking and communication skills.</li>
<li>Employee must be able to work well independently, as well as with others.</li>
<li>Employee must be able to adapt to various strains, styles and types of marijuana they are trimming; adjusting their techniques to maintain a steady pace and quality.</li>
<li>Time management; employee must manage their time during work efficiently in order to meet goals while consistently producing quality product.</li>
<li>Employee must be able to follow basic instructions as well as be able to take constructive criticism from their managers so they can help maintain quality standards and production goals.</li>
<li>Employee must show up on time for work everyday ready to work.</li>
<li>Employee must exhibit personal hygiene and follow the health guidelines set forth by the Company and the state while processing patient medicine.</li>
<li>Post Harvest staff is responsible for clean up of all processing areas and equipment at the end of every day.</li>
<li>Ability to be flexible and work in various sectors of the department as needed and/or requested by their direct supervisor; this may include but is not limited to helping staff with small tasks, cleaning and/or moving supplies and equipment and/or helping the packaging department and other work as needed.</li>

Cannabis - Post Harvest Aide

Pauley Construction is looking for Construction Laborer’s in the Durango, Colorado. Experience working with Underground Construction is preferred. Must have a Class A CDL or the ability to obtain one within three (3) months of employment. This is a full-time; FLSA Non-Exempt, benefits eligible position reporting to the Construction Supervisor.

Duties include:

A. Shoveling, digging, handling and operating basic construction equipment. 
B. Some heavy equipment operation (Driving equipment to &amp; from site) 
C. General equipment maintenance 
D. Pot hole &amp; utility location for the drill operator

Position Description:

Position available consists of driving, loading, placing, hauling materials necessary to place, install, and maintain utility systems. Position complies with all commercial driver regulations (DOT, OSHA, State/City/Municipality). Also consists of providing assistance to crews, as needed, with heavy lifting, pulling, placing, and digging as required.

Position must adhere to all local/state/federal compliance requirements as well as training provided by the company.

REQUIREMENTS:

Underground Construction Laborer - Durango, Colorado

A field supervisor will plan and oversee field labor activities in all phases of construction. Primary responsibilities include determining method of construction, manpower levels, material quantities, equipment needs, and work schedule. It is their responsibility to make sure that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in a way that is safe and follows federal, state and local agency regulatory requirements.

The Washington State Department of Corrections is seeking highly motivated and talented individuals for Full-Time and On-Call* Correctional Officer (CO1) positions at the Reynolds Work Release in Seattle, WA. 
Reynolds Work Release is a minimum custody facility that operated and completely staffed by the Department of Corrections. This facility is 24/7 facility that houses 99 male offenders .

Incumbents will be required to attend 6 weeks of full time paid training within 90 days after hire and will be considered for full time permanent and/or temporary vacancies as they occur. All correctional officers, including those in on-call positions, are provided with a benefits package including medical, dental, vision and retirement as well as paid sick leave, holiday pay and paid vacation; provided they work at least 20 hours or more each week.

Duties: Reynolds Work Release is an adult correctional facility in a minimum custody setting. This position provides safety and security, and assist in controlling, directing, and monitoring the activities of the adult offenders within the facility in accordance with established department methods and procedures. 
This position performs the following work:<ul>
<li>Write reports, observation and maintaining daily activity logs, assisting offenders regarding problems, programs and behavioral incidents.
</li>
<li>Uses independent judgment takes emergency action to include verbal de-escalation.
</li>
<li>Maintains order and discipline, reporting of infractions and documentation.
</li>
<li>Conducting facility, parameter and residential checks.
</li>
<li>Conducts room and common area searches for contraband.
</li>
<li>Conducts bag and pat searches and UA/BA testing.
</li>
<li>Facilitates offender orientation and social outing orientation.
</li>
<li>Responsible for property inventory as well as readying property for transportation and property box-up.
</li>
<li>Monitor offender movements, assign and monitor offenders details, and extra duty.
</li>
<li>Maintain and update variety of logs to include but not limited to infraction log, extra duty and facility log.
</li>
<li>Process offender paychecks and issue receipts to offenders.
</li>

<li>Deliver and process mail to offenders.

The Corrections and Custody Officer 1 is an entry level, in-training position. Account Executive

 Position Overview: 
Reporting to the Device Engineering Lead, The primary responsibility will be to perform Pax Era filling station installation and training to our filling partners throughout the U.S. This work will require domestic travel on an as-needed basis up to half-time. The technician will be responsible for organizing installations, procuring all necessary equipment, traveling to the filler to install the equipment, and training the filler on how to use the equipment. Additionally the technician will provide technical support to the PD team as requested. The technical support will vary over time but likely include work on testing equipment, calibrations, and new equipment design. The technician assists engineers, inspects products, conducts tests, and collects data.
 Key Responsibilities: <ul>
<li>Build, setup and calibrate Filling Equipment</li>
<li>Train partners to use Filling Equipment</li>
<li>Create documentation for Filling Equipment use</li>
<li>Update and/or create process documentation for existing and future Filling Equipment</li>
<li>Assist Engineering team by executing on tests that help future product releases</li>
<li>Create prototypes of parts/equipment (mechanical, electronic and/or computer-controlled mechanical systems)</li>

Skills and Experience Required: <ul>

SUMMARY
The Project Coordinator will be working out of Santa Monica, which is home of CannaRoyalty’s Brand Strategy team. The team provides brand architecture and market intelligence, consumer insights, and strategic analysis and direction for all branding and marketing efforts, as well as internal growth projects. Additionally, the team helps to develop and execute various inter-departmental initiatives and campaigns
The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing project activities and develop comprehensive plans for projects. He/she will monitor project progress and provide updates to leadership on project status. Efficient delivery of project deliverables, effective quality control, clear communication of expectations to stakeholders, and upward reporting to senior management are critical tasks that must be performed throughout each project’s lifecycle.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Manage project activities throughout lifecycle, including the allocation of adequate resources, scheduling and documentation.</li>
<li>Establish a Project Charter for each approved project, defining the project’s goals, objectives, risks, assumptions, roles and responsibilities, milestones, and deliverables.</li>
<li>Develop all project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and micro-deliverables using Smartsheet and/or other software tools.</li>
<li>Establish and deliver mechanisms for tracking project progress and report to stakeholders.</li>

QUALIFICATIONS

<li>At least 2 consecutive years of direct work experience in project management.</li>
<li>Must be experienced in coordinating Marketing and/or Branding processes and campaigns.</li>
