Overview:

The PMO Manager role has three primary responsibilities, project management, process design, and contract administration. This position will manage and own the implementation of complex construction projects from analysis, through design, development, and close out. The PMO Manager will drive new levels of efficiency in our business; become the subject manager expert for industry leading practices; and will own the contract management process to ensure compliance.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

<li>Identify scope and prepare plans and timelines for a variety of processes, programs, and projects.</li>
<li>Prepare detail plans by phase, and track as appropriate for a given project.</li>
<li>Conduct meetings – Team/Team Lead meetings, status meetings.</li>
<li>Set the tempo for project execution and delivery.</li>
<li>Provide the team with consistent follow-up and follow through.</li>
<li>Reach targets, solve problems and mitigate risks.</li>
<li>Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors and peers.</li>
<li>Track/resolve issues at every phase.</li>
<li>Develop “Best practice” at each job level assigned.</li>
</ul>

<li>Establish high level best practice methodologies to be used throughout the company.</li>
<li>Utilize in-depth Program Management knowledge and business requirements to design and implement solutions to meet business needs while protecting the business’ assets.</li>

<li>Document any new established processes and follow through on implementation.</li>
<li>Contract Administration:</li>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, or related area.</li>
<li>Ten years of project lead/management and contracts administration experience.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Experience working with budgets, scheduling, contract negotiations, negotiations with customer</li>
<li>Advanced Microsoft Excel and database skills</li>
<li>Oracle Primavera P6 experience is a plus</li>
<li>PMI certification is a plus</li>
<li>OSP Telecommunications Construction Management experience is a plus</li>

PMO Manager - Sacramento

The project scheduler will assist project and program management efforts with the development, maintenance, and analysis of project schedules. The scheduler will take the lead in planning, tracking, and reporting on the project schedule. and will be assigned to projects, programs, or tasks as needed. Qualified candidates will have experience scheduling in Primavera P6.
 
Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)
 
Build a detailed baseline program schedule of projects scheduled up to 3 years ahead with input
 from multiple stakeholders.
 
Maintain the program schedule and identify impact of current conflicts and changes.
 Communicate project and program status to Project Manager.
 Utilize Primavera P6 to add/update resources and other measurable items.
 Create outputs for Earned Value Management and KPI data.
 Provide, maintain, and communicate the Critical Path.
 Perform tasks to collect data or oversee technicians to collect number of units, resources used,
 quantities installed, and other measurable metrics.
 
Assess data for accuracy and schedule impact.
 Coordinate with team to analyze delays and develop recovery schedules.

1-3 years' relevant experience in the telecommunications construction or related industry.

Legal Assistant 3 with in-training, Licensing & Administrative Law, Attorney General's Office

The Role

We are seeking a Brand Champion as an entry level position to our sales department. This role will accompany our product deliveries and provide a contact point between the sales department and our dispensary partners. The overall goal of this position is to provide our dispensary partners a knowledgeable individual that can relay detailed and accurate information on all our products and services at time of delivery and be a liaison for communicating information back to the sales department. This individual must be a self-starter, have excellent verbal and writing skills, meticulous note taker, detailed oriented and organized.


Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>
Accompany the deliveries of our products to dispensaries</li>
<li>
Interact and provide product/service support to our dispensary partners through proper channels of information and communication</li>
<li>
Complete the Daily Brand Champion Checklist
</li>
<li>Build product and brand knowledge of each featured brand/product/service</li>
<li>
Daily update and logging of information in Customer Relations Management (CRM) Software
</li>
<li>Assist sales department with executing any administrative, advertising, marketing and/or sales tasks required</li>
<li>
Help during the order fulfillment process</li>
<li>
Brand Advocate, increasing positive brand awareness</li>
</ul>

Additional Requirements

Must pass all required background checks
</li>
<li>Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
</li>
<li>Must possess valid Maryland driver’s license</li>
<li>
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age</li>
<li>
Must be approved by the MMCC to receive an Agent badge</li>
<li>
Must be able to ride in a truck/van for several hours a day
</li>
<li>PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 40 pounds (80 pounds with assistance)</li>
