The Role
We are seeking a Brand Champion as an entry level position to our sales department. This role will accompany our product deliveries and provide a contact point between the sales department and our dispensary partners. The overall goal of this position is to provide our dispensary partners a knowledgeable individual that can relay detailed and accurate information on all our products and services at time of delivery and be a liaison for communicating information back to the sales department. This individual must be a self-starter, have excellent verbal and writing skills, meticulous note taker, detailed oriented and organized.
Responsibilities

Accompany the deliveries of our products to dispensaries

Interact and provide product/service support to our dispensary partners through proper channels of information and communication

Complete the Daily Brand Champion Checklist
- Build product and brand knowledge of each featured brand/product/service

Daily update and logging of information in Customer Relations Management (CRM) Software
- Assist sales department with executing any administrative, advertising, marketing and/or sales tasks required

Help during the order fulfillment process

Brand Advocate, increasing positive brand awareness

Additional Requirements

Must pass all required background checks
- Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
- Must possess valid Maryland driver’s license

Must be a minimum of 21 years of age

Must be approved by the MMCC to receive an Agent badge

Must be able to ride in a truck/van for several hours a day
- PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 40 pounds (80 pounds with assistance)
