Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)

Operator:
<ul>
<li>Responsible for daily maintenance on truck and boring machine.</li>
<li>Perform critical care and service to the machine after each use and each day.</li>
<li>Adhere to ALL manufacturer provided safety operational procedures and industry safety standards.</li>
<li>Operate the drill and provide training and assistance to coworkers.</li>
<li>Perform routine labor (potholing, equipment set-up,conduit/duct/cable placement, set pedestals) as required.</li>
<li>Drive tow vehicle with drill to the jobsite.</li>
<li>Willingness to cross-train as a bore locator as required.</li>
<li>Operator will direct others to/or mix bore gel for the machine.</li>
<li>Prior experience operating drilling equipment required and must work well with others and participate on a crew.</li>
<li>Must understand utility locate law and compliance procedures.</li>
<li>Must have Class A CDL.</li>

QUALIFICATIONS

Dispatch Supervisor

We are looking for a personable field sales representative to help execute our sales methodology, service existing stores and land new stores. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with customers, qualifying prospects and managing sales of cannabis edibles and flower products. The company is in the process of acquiring investor financing and anticipates fast growth. We are essentially an "old start-up" in that we started in the medical cannabis days several years ago, and have many combined years of experience in creating, making, selling and delivering yummy edibles products. Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>“Get the sale” using proven customer sales methods (preparing and delivering samples, store visits and follow-up calls, vendor days etc.)</li>
<li>Forecast sales and track through the company CRM and Order Management system</li>
<li>Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships</li>
<li>Meet personal and team sales targets</li>
<li>Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads</li>
<li>Report and provide feedback to management using the company CRM system</li>
<li>Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Proven sales experience</li>
<li>Track record of under-promising and over-delivering</li>
<li>Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM</li>
<li>A demonstrated passion for the Cannabis industry</li>
<li>Cannabis retail experience a plus but not required</li>
<li>Computer use competency</li>
<li>Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Self motivated and driven</li>
<li>BA/BS degree or equivalent desired but not required</li>
</ul>
