An established packaging leader in cannabis industry, we are seeking a Marketing Analyst. You will be responsible for pricing strategy, product assortment, and overall promotion of products that support our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain product catalog, ensuring pricing and consistency across channels (web, retail, catalog). Analyze data/insights to determine industry and consumer trends.
- Assess market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitors’ products
- Devise short-term and long-term development strategies for product categories.
- Collaborate with buyers to monitor inventory and budget optimized for sell-through.
- Manages processes, budgets, compliance activities and development as required by Vice President of Marketing.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Expert analytical skills, designing and establishing pricing frameworks
- +1-3 years of experience in a pricing/category management role involved in successfully managing and maintaining optimal product and pricing assortment.
- Proficient in Excel
- Entrepreneurial drive and spirit; enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You’re strategic ad scrappy at the same time.
- Adapts easily and efficiently to change
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Proven ability to iterate in steps. Think in leaps.
