Dispatch Supervisor

This is a temporary contract to assist with the development and implementation of a system to process and fulfill pick-up and delivery orders in a San Jose cannabis dispensary. You will work on site and perform the duties of a dispatch supervisor while providing feedback and consulting with the program developers. The pay is $20 per hour, paid weekly, and you can expect 30 to 40 hours per week through the duration of the contract. You will be working as an independent contractor, and depending upon your performance, additional opportunities may be available on other contracts with VSE Solutions, or with the client.

You must meet the following requirements to apply for this contract:

• Be available to start immediately and work full-time through the end of July with open availability
• Be located in or near San Jose
• Have reliable transportation and a smartphone
• Have at least two years of experience supervising teams of 4 or more people in a fast-paced retail or food service environment
• Be well-organized, well-spoken, and detail-oriented
• Be punctual, reliable, hard-working, and honest
