We utilize a Sales Development, Sales Executive, and Customer Success Manager department structure and are putting the pieces in place to create a robust and world-class sales organization.

Role Brief:
Sales is the variable that most affects a company’s success and ability to make the moves it wants to. As a result, we hold our Customer Success Managers to a high standard of professionalism, communication, and accountability. We reward those who deliver on those expectations with a competitive compensation structure and opportunities for advancement.
As a Sales Development Rep (SDR), you will work with prospects to evaluate whether Flowhub is a good fit for their business, generate interest around the Flowhub platform and get meetings booked between them and Account Executives.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with Integrity. Guide prospects through the decision-making process by providing accurate and truthful information.
- Qualify Leads. Ensure that qualified prospects are a good fit for the Flowhub platform andn collect relevant information for use during the sales process.
- Book Meetings. Facilitate a prospect through the demo booking process and set meetings with Account Executives.
- Influence Decisions. Understand the lead generation and qualification process and help drive company decisions.
Requirements:
- A demonstrated track record of excellence
- 2+ previous experience in a lead generation role
- Proficient in office software, email, and easily adaptable to new technology
- A genuine interest in helping businesses be successful and a commitment to continued improvement
About the Company
Our CEO, Kyle Sherman, worked as a cannabis compliance officer and experienced the problems with cannabis business software first hand. Frustrated by the platform his vertically integrated supply chain was using, he searched for something better. When his search failed him, he became fueled by a passion to create a system that would accelerate workflows, increase accuracy, and simplify compliance — ultimately allowing legalization to expand nationally.
In early 2015 Kyle began to build a team who shared his passion for cannabis, technology, and problem solving and started lobbying for a metrc™ open API.
