Job Summary

Kush Bottles is looking for a new Business Systems Analyst (BSA) who will work closely with internal stakeholders to effectively uncover, define and address the needs of the business, turn them into project requirements, and lead the implementation of solutions that help make our business grow and become more scalable.

The BSA will work with stakeholders from all business units to define and document business processes and software requirements for technology initiatives including online services, warehouse and operations management systems, and finance systems. The BSA will take lead roles in new implementations and manage them from start to finish.

The BSA must be a great communicator, a facilitator, assertive, motivated, creative, accountable, and able to balance efficiency with effectiveness. The BSA will serve as the subject matter expert for the core enterprise applications. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are a necessity.

Essential Functions:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Predict and determine customer needs and develop innovative solutions to meet them through NetSuite and related solutions
• Solve unique and complex finance, operations, supply chain, and marketing problems through the use of technology
• Produce detailed documentation around project scope, timelines, and technical requirements
• Track project progress and regularly communicate progress to stakeholders
• Assist in exploring new processes and tools which will improve our efficiency and ability to track metrics.
• Analyze and diagnose the root causes of small to medium issues, and pass them on to the appropriate resource.
• Carry out QA testing and regression testing on new features and bug fixes
• Looks for ways to improve and promote quality, demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.
• Works with managers to implement new system procedures and changes.

• Works concurrently on multiple and complex projects.
• Understands internal customer needs and partners to ensure programs align to long term strategy
  
  

Qualifications Guidelines

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects with minimal supervision
• Ability to work through problems and develop creative solutions
• Good communication skills
• Experience with an enterprise level ERP or CRM system
• Ability to navigate and understand our NetSuite ERP system
• Experience in analysis and/or testing
• Establishes or follows prioritization process to drive work, and has a sense of urgency about getting work completed.
• Looks for and seizes opportunities to do more or to do things more efficiently.
• Works effectively in a fast paced, collaborative, innovative team based environment
  
  

Education/training/experience:

• 2+ years' experience in a technology role that involved requirements gathering and analysis
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in business software management
• Agile development experience
• Project management experience, ECBA or CCBA certification a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience with NetSuite ERP system

• Able to participate in the environments standing, moving onsite at events and tradeshows

• Must have finger dexterity, ability to use keyboard/ten key.
