Job Summary:
Compile and maintain database of inventory records of the quantity, cost, type of products, equipment, merchandise, or supplies stocked in the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of quantity, daily stock checks in storage and shelf and implements corrective actions to resolve discrepancies.
- Create and maintain a database with SKU/UPC numbers, usage requirements, packaging requirement, delivery and order frequency.
- Organize and maintain safe/shelf/storage facility inventory areas for efficient material storage and handling.
- Maintain labeling system on each stock item.
- Review sales and production requirements to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Calculate amounts of supplies required for operations.
- Record receipts or disbursement of inventory items and computes balance, price, and cost.
Basic Requirements:
- 5-10 years of related work experience in inventory control management.
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledgable of Cannabis Products
- Experience with Indica Online or other Inventory Management Systems
- Must have excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal).
