Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass all required background checks.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be punctual and highly detail oriented.
• 2+ years experience in customer service and/or hospitality, retail, and cash handling strongly preferred.
• Must be able to learn, retain and convey information about the company and the products we sell. Knowledge of cannabis strains and products as well as their effects is necessary for this position.
• Must be outgoing, attentive, and comfortable engaging in conversation with our diverse spectrum of customers.
• Must have style, confidence, charisma, and a clean appearance.
• Being a team player and working independently is important to be successful in this position.
• Budtender/cannabis experience is preferred but not required.

Duties:

• Checking IDs to verify customer age.
• Operating a POS system.
• Using product knowledge to help meet customers’ expectations and needs.
• Keeping store organized and clean,maintaining a safe workplace.
• Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal regulations for working in the industry.
• Follow company rules and policies.
