The Washington State Department of Corrections is seeking highly motivated and talented individuals for Full-Time and On-Call* Correctional Officer (CO1) positions at the Reynolds Work Release in Seattle, WA. 
Reynolds Work Release is a minimum custody facility that operated and completely staffed by the Department of Corrections. This facility is 24/7 facility that houses 99 male offenders .

Incumbents will be required to attend 6 weeks of full time paid training within 90 days after hire and will be considered for full time permanent and/or temporary vacancies as they occur. All correctional officers, including those in on-call positions, are provided with a benefits package including medical, dental, vision and retirement as well as paid sick leave, holiday pay and paid vacation; provided they work at least 20 hours or more each week.

Duties

Reynolds Work Release is an adult correctional facility in a minimum custody setting. This position provides safety and security, and assist in controlling, directing, and monitoring the activities of the adult offenders within the facility in accordance with established department methods and procedures. 
This position performs the following work:
<ul>
<li>Write reports, observation and maintaining daily activity logs, assisting offenders regarding problems, programs and behavioral incidents.
</li>
<li>Uses independent judgment takes emergency action to include verbal de-escalation.
</li>
<li>Maintains order and discipline, reporting of infractions and documentation.
</li>
<li>Conducting facility, parameter and residential checks.
</li>
<li>Conducts room and common area searches for contraband.
</li>
<li>Conducts bag and pat searches and UA/BA testing.
</li>
<li>Facilitates offender orientation and social outing orientation.
</li>
<li>Responsible for property inventory as well as readying property for transportation and property box-up.
</li>
<li>Monitor offender movements, assign and monitor offenders details, and extra duty.
</li>
<li>Maintain and update variety of logs to include but not limited to infraction log, extra duty and facility log.
</li>
<li>Process offender paychecks and issue receipts to offenders.
</li>
<li>Assign out offender draw checks.
</li>
<li>Deliver and process mail to offenders.
</li>
<li>Assign linens and offender key rings to incoming offenders.
</li>
<li>Oversee kitchen after hours.
</li>
<li>Conduct monthly safety and sanitation inspections of first aid and post exposure kits. Inspects all fire extinguishers on monthly basis.

The Corrections and Custody Officer 1 is an entry level, in-training position. Depending on qualifications of the successful candidate, this position may be filled at the Corrections and Custody Officer 1 level with a one year in-training plan. If filled at this level, the candidate will be required to successfully complete a twelve-month in-training plan before promoting to the Corrections and Custody Officer 2 level.

Post Harvest Aides are also responsible for tracking the batches that they trim including the final finished product, the usable by-product amount (trim), and the unusable by-product (waste) according to company policy and practices, as well as state and local laws and regulations.
Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:

<li>Break flowers off of stem and stalk of plant in order to separate unusable waste from usable product; employee must track the amount of unusable waste for each plant/batch.</li>
<li>After breakdown of plant, employee must identify and separate fan leaves, stems and sugar leaves on the flower.</li>
<li>Employee must account for each by-product type processed off the flower; adding stems and fan leaves to “waste” for proper tracking and disposal by managers and trim/sugar leaves to “usable by-product” (trim) to the MIP.</li>

Summary

The Dispensary Assistant is a key component in the support of the CDMI Clinics. The Dispensary Assistant is responsible for the dispensing, collecting, processing and general care of dental instruments, equipment and all supplies utilized in the CDMI Clinics. Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or GED is required. A minimum of 1-2 years work experience in a dispensary or dental office is preferred. Preference will be given to candidates with a dental background and a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. The individual must have the ability to become familiar with axiUm Dental Software Management System.

Responsibilities:
