Position Description:

Position available consists of operating, loading, placing, hauling materials necessary to place, install, maintain, or repair utility systems. Also consists of providing assistance to crews, as needed, with heavy lifting, pulling, placing, and digging as required. Individual must comply with all OSHA, state/city/municipality regulations.

This position must have experience in the operation of loader, skid steer, dump truck and other heavy equipment as needed. This position reports to the Construction Supervisor. This individual must have and provide adequate means of transportation to and from Pauley Construction, Inc. job site locations or yards. They must adhere to all local/state/federal compliance requirements, as well as training provided by the company. They must pass all company drug testing, background checks and driver’s license requirements.

Requirements:

<li>Maintain good public relations (interact with the public in a courteous manner).</li>

<li>Must have strong physical endurance for hot weather conditions, repetitive bending, stooping, lifting, transferring equipment and materials up to 50 pounds.</li>

<li>Keep appropriate documentation (time cards, job cost, etc.)</li>
<li>Works with and assists the crew in digging trenches, lifting materials, tools, utility repairs, equipment and any other related work.</li>
<li>Performs routine inspection and preventative maintenance on assigned equipment and refers defects or needed repairs to the shop and supervisor. Cleans equipment.</li>

Director of Finance

Job purpose

Manage a wide range of services and information to the team, clients and external stakeholders. Organize and maintain laboratory operations and procedures. Act as a communication intermediary between cross-functional departments and business locations. Handle daily operations with a focus on efficiency and time management, maintaining intra-office/lab communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, and task delegation. What you will do:

<li>Take over and execute Vangst Career Fairs and launch Vangst Career Fair in three new markets in 2018. Tasks include but not limited to:</li>
<li>Source venue / negotiate all venue related contracts</li>
<li>Create marketing strategy for each career fair including:</li>
<li>Sponsorship packages and pitch deck</li>
<li>Email campaigns</li>
<li>Social media</li>
<li>Paid advertising (digital, print, etc).</li>
<li>Create schedule for career fair including:</li>
<li>Set up and breakdown schedule</li>
<li>Floor plan for sponsors</li>
<li>Welcome information packet for all job seekers</li>
<li>Speaker lineup</li>
<li>After party for sponsors</li>
<li>Schedule / tasks for internal Vangst employees during event</li>
<li>Create standard processes for all career fairs including registration and check-in.</li>
<li>Work with sales team to sell sponsorships for career fairs</li>
<li>Take over and execute all Vangster Night (local happy hours for candidates and clients) and launch in three new markets in 2018</li>
<li>Work with Sales team to develop strategy for attending industry tradeshows</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to host events and parties at key industry events as well as plan and execute the events</li>
<li>Work with Vangst controller to ensure events remaining in our event budget</li>

The Project Manager will create plans that achieve the goals and objectives of the project and align with the organization’s overall business strategy. A key responsibility will be defining the project’s scope and determining what resources are available, estimating time and financial commitment, as well as how to monitor and report on the project’s progress.
RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Oversee the timely execution of White Label Projects</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure each step in the process is proceeding according to defined timelines</li>

<li>Oversee the intake of each white label project including: products, locations, hardware, packaging, compliance and financials</li>
<li>Document clear and actionable recaps/next steps coming out of clients meetings or reviews</li>

<li>Collaborate and define project timeline, including roles and responsibilities</li>
<li>Develop plans to achieve white label goals given the contract agreement</li>

Project Manager (White Label)

The Monkland Office Coordinator will provide a wide range of support services and information to The Dalles team, clients, and external stakeholders. This position will assist in organizing and maintaining office operations and procedures and will act as a communication intermediary between cross-functional departments and business locations. The successful candidate will exude passion for the industry and champion best practices in a high-volume, dynamic environment. The Coordinator will assist with day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and time management.
Job Description: 
Your daily responsibilities will include:
<ul>
<li>Maintain databases and filing systems for client profiles, production testing documents, purchase orders and invoices;</li>
<li>Process forms such as expenditure claims, purchase requisitions and online supply orders;</li>
<li>Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes;</li>
<li>Prepare documents, letters, memos, spreadsheets and agendas;</li>
<li>Assist with print requests, prepare pamphlets, flyers, manuals, and handbooks;</li>
<li>Perform basic office administrative duties such as answering and directing phone calls, addressing/directing staff inquiries, greeting and directing clients and visitors, scheduling and coordinating meetings, and providing information and materials where requested;</li>
