The Project Manager will create plans that achieve the goals and objectives of the project and align with the organization’s overall business strategy. Role Overview:

A successful Underground Laborer shall assist the assigned crew by furnishing tools, materials, and supplies; cleaning work area, machines, and tools; holding materials or tools for other workers; and performing traffic control duties as directed by the crew leader. Job Description
Seeking individuals who have experience with individual packaging of Medical Marijuana products. This is not required but highly recommended. Individuals must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, trainable, reliable, and detail oriented. Location: Gaithersburg, Maryland. This position is responsible for preparing and packaging extraction and flower products. This position is expected to help facilitate meeting organizational standards and target goals for the packaging department. Supports and adheres to GreenMart of Maryland Ethics and Business Standards.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each of the essential duties/responsibilities listed below.

<li>Weighs product.</li>
<li>Package product.</li>
<li>Tracks production.</li>
<li>Maintains a clean and organized work space.</li>
<li>Prints labels for out-going concentrate and flower packages as needed.</li>
<li>Writing labels for delivery &amp; checking labels for accuracy.</li>
<li>Performs data entry which includes weights, strains, notes, etc.</li>
<li>Ensures Inventory is accurate and barcoded correctly.</li>
<li>Performs Second Checks which includes Final Inspections of checking labels, counts and product for accuracy and quality.</li>
<li>Records and verifies final counts.</li>
<li>Communicates with leads and management.</li>
<li>Assists with loading bulk inventory in preparation for delivery departure.</li>
<li>Assists other departments as assigned.</li>
<li>Performs all other duties/responsibilities as necessary or assigned.</li>
