Budtender Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Within each of these categories, the budtender must know the difference between Indica, Sativa and Hybrid strains; with the ability to give the proper recommendations and mg dosage for patients and POS accuracy.</li>
<li>Fluent with MJ Freeway's patient check in process, sales orders and applies couponing as needed.</li>
<li>Responsible for maintaining the optimum "Customer Experience" and up sells to increase margins.</li>
<li>Knowledgeable in industry laws and regulations pertaining to cannabis sales.</li>
<li>Follows compliance protocol set by the MED.</li>
<li>Must maintain an accurate cash drawer.</li>
<li>Assists management in identifying inventory items in need of restocking. This will occur duing the opening and closing of shifts. The budtender is responsible for shaking out jars and refilling them.</li>
<li>Maintains strain displays and signage to indicate product prices.</li>
<li>Throughout the day, the budtender maintains a clean, fully stocked and tidy sales counter.</li>
<li>Performs pre-roll creation as necessary.</li>
<li>Scans and uploads files to MJF and in Google Drive.</li>
<li>Labels store merchandise and stickers jars upon request.</li>
<li>Checks personal bin, company email and the Memo Board for staff updates.</li>
<li>Must know proper operation of scales.</li>

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Surterra Mobile Wellness Coordinator you must be a minimum of 26 years of age, have a clean driving record, pass a background check and a Drug Screening. Job Responsibilities

1. Customer Service and Record-Keeping:

<ul><li>Obtain the appropriate documentation from each patient at every delivery, ensuring validity of their identification and registration with Medical Marijuana Use Registry</li></ul>

<ul><li>Collaborate with call center employees to maintain a steady patient traffic flow to maximize sales and customer satisfaction</li></ul>
<ul><li>Record and collaborate with call center employees about preorders and online orders to ensure accurate order information and timeliness of delivery</li></ul>
<ul><li>Respond to and resolve patient requests, complaints, or compliments in person, and on the phone requesting supervisor support as needed</li></ul>

2. Cannabis based Education and Guidance:
<ul><li>Maintain knowledge of all applicable state and local laws, as well as documentation processes in accordance with the State of Florida Office of Medical Marijuana Use</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintain a basic understanding of the Cannabis based therapeutics, and services provided at Company</li></ul>
<ul><li>Educate patients on the processes of registration, renewals, lost registration documents, etc.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Provide educational materials and resources for patients and caregivers as needed</li></ul>

3. Documentation:
<ul><li>Ensure all patient files are current and required documentation is on file and follows all guidelines issued by the State of Florida.</li></ul>

Position Overview
A Cultivation Associate is responsible for plant care in all stages of life-cycle marijuana growth to include propagation, vegetative growth, bloom, and harvest.
Major Areas of Responsibility include: 
· Clone, plant, water, fertilize, and water plants, shrubs, and trees, using hand tools and gardening tools.
· Harvest plants, and transplant or pot and label them.
· Record information about plants and plant growth.
· Feel plants' leaves and note their coloring to detect the presence of insects or disease.
· Fill growing tanks with water.
· Inspect plants and bud ties to assess quality. Identify pests, diseases or infestations and manage the outbreak.
· Clean work areas and maintain tools in accordance with sanitation standards.
· Check and water all plants in cultivation facility as outlined in the Daily Room-Checklist.
· Transplanting plants into larger containers as needed.
· Trimming plants in the vegetative stage and creating clones from material.
· Washing pots/trays/lights, etc. returning them to the appropriate Clean Room
· Harvesting and Trimming flowering plants.
· Staking weak plants.
· Examining plants for signs of pests or disease.
Experience and Education: 
Qualifications: 
· At least 21 years of age
· 1-3 years of production horticultural experience or equivalent
· Prior commercial agriculture, nursery, or greenhouse experience required
· Demonstrated passion to serve the medical marijuana community
· Medical marijuana product knowledge desired

· Ability to lift 25 lbs.

The Manufacturing Technician will contribute as necessary to the uninterrupted supply of safe, pure and of controlled potency finished medicinal products, ensuring no lapse in patient access. The Manufacturing Technician will professionally represent the MedMen Manufacturing Department in all daily activities. Essential Functions
