Unarmed Security Guard
Job Description:
Iron Protection Group, a General Cannabis company, is currently hiring full-time security guards to work at a dispensary located in Nevada City, CA. Shifts available will be between 9am-8pm Sunday-Saturday.
Description: To guard and patrol client property in order to prevent theft and violence. To escort personnel and prevent loss of assets, guarding dispensary during business hours.
Requirements: - At least 21 years of age - Possess your own semi-automatic pistol - Currently possess a guard card issued by the BSIS.
Preferred Qualifications: - At least 4 years prior military service OR - Background in law enforcement, security, or related field - Weapons and armed response training - Customer service experience - Verbal and written communication skills - Experience in de-escalation and conflict resolution - Ability to work days, nights and/or weekends
Compensation: - $16-$18/hour
