Our ideal candidates will have a minimum of 7+ years’ full life-cycle recruiting experience in a large organization and have prior experience managing multiple job orders and diverse personalities. In addition, you must be adept at developing candidate pipelines using both traditional and creative strategies. Finally, you must demonstrate success executing recruiting strategies for hourly, management, and executive positions. The ideal candidate must be a highly organized, self-motivated, lifelong learner with exceptional communication skills, proficiency with MS Office, Applicant Tracking Systems(Greenhouse preferred) , and database management. Summary

The Sr. Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Specialist will attract and recruit new talent for our rapidly growing retail department by utilizing creative recruiting methods to source qualified candidates including using Internet postings and searches, direct sourcing, passive candidates, employee referrals, job fairs, and social networking tools to recruit teams of highly specialized and talented sales professionals who can keep pace with current growth.


Essential Functions

  • Provide full life cycle recruiting for various positions
  • Conduct phone and in-person screening interviews
  • Facilitate, lead and manage the interview process among candidates and hiring managers including preparing candidates for interviews; interview schedule, and expectations for follow up.
  • Complete background checks for all new hires
  • Prepare all paperwork necessary for approval and offer extension and obtain approval for job offers from HR Management
  • Handle all administrative tasks including; open/closing requisitions, creating/editing job postings, and generating offer letters
  • Timely review of applicants who have applied via the applicant tracking system, web ads, and career pages
  • Source candidates via resume databases and networking sites.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and to identify active and passive candidates, including social media
  • Meet with hiring managers to determine position specifications and staffing needs
  • Solicit and pursue referrals from internal employees
  • Ensure all candidates are provided with timely updates concerning the status of their applications and interviews
  • Provide accurate and regular reporting of recruiting activities
  • Communicate the status of each search to the hiring manager and HR
