DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES *
 <ul>
<li>Work closely with Inventory Control Manager, company associates, and other department managers to determine supply needs, quality and delivery requirements.</li>
<li>Update computerized and physical inventory ongoing and ensure inventory counts are accurate at all times.</li>
<li>Input purchase orders to assist with order fulfillment Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).</li>
<li>Record, count, and stock items received.</li>
<li>Maintain stock rotation using FIFO.</li>
<li>Work directly with Inventory Control Manager to ensure warehouse is maintained in an organized and efficient manner.</li>
<li>Monitor inventory levels and reconcile physical inventories with records.</li>
<li>Shipping and receiving duties: Inspects shipments for accuracy and completeness, receive/unpack items as necessary.</li>
<li>Monitors reorder POC’s (point of contacts) to initiate action to replenish stock.</li>
<li>Assists with physical inventory of warehouse stock.</li>
<li>Assist with and actively participate in internal and external inventory and packaged goods audits.</li>
<li>Fulfill all duties related to packaging finished stock and preparing orders for delivery in accordance with established regulations, labeling requirements, etc.</li>
<li>Comply with all rules and regulations as identified by the state of Arizona and Department of Health Services.</li>

Requirements: 
QUALIFICATIONS *

<li>2+ years of experience in a warehouse setting in areas related inventory, packaging, and order fulfillment is desired.</li>

Dispensary Manager

Job Description

Position Description:

Curaleaf is expanding all over Massachusetts including Cape Cod and will be looking for all positions for the dispensaries. The Dispensary Manager ensures that the dispensary department operations are in compliance with the Medical Use of Marijuana Program and internally approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s). The Dispensary Manager collaborates with the President and leadership team to develop, document and implement practices, policies, and strategies that support a performance and results-driven culture. The Dispensary Manager is an exempt level position and reports to the President.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 <ul>
<li>Maintains highest level of presentation, customer service, and compassion to all patients.</li>
<li>Responsible for managing the dispensary department in a manner that supports the organizations mission as defined by the President.</li>
<li>Provide departmental leadership to assure that all departmental operations such as admissions, patient consulting, product dispensing, cash management, inventory management, inventory auditing, outreach, marketing and ordering are functioning with integrity and in the most cost efficient, compassionate and compliant manner.</li>
<li>Performing monthly, quarterly and annual sales reviews and provide suggestions for improvement to the President.</li>
<li>Responsible for ensuring vigilance, adherence and departmental compliance with the Medical Use of Marijuana Program and HIPPA regulations including but not limited to confidentiality, training, patient record keeping, submissions of reports, preparation of policies and procedures, acting as a departmental contact person for regulators and law enforcement personnel.</li>
<li>Responsible for reviewing, maintaining and updating all departmental SOP’s and assuring that any changes are communicated to employees and the most recent SOP versions are available 24/7 for planned and unplanned audits by regulators and organization management.
</li>
<li>Responsible for training, supervising and evaluating all departmental employees to assure compliance with departmental SOP’s.</li>
<li>Responsible for overseeing and ensuring cash management procedures are being followed including, transacting, opening, closing, depositing, reporting, maintaining and reconciling cash with BioTrack and all departmental SOP’s.

<li>Responsible for overseeing and ensuring dispensing procedures are happening in compliance with State Regulations including admissions, verification of patient’s eligibility, allotment of available medicine, entering patient data into the state registry, BioTrack and any other database required.</li>
<li>Responsible for interfacing with managers in all departments to ensure smooth running of the dispensary including, Trimming &amp; Packaging, Cultivation and Security.

<li>Stays informed and knowledgeable about state and local laws, regulations and industry news</li>
