We are seeking Quality Control Technicians to work out of our Charlotte, NC region. Primary responsibility will be to inspect work sites to ensure quality work performed by employees and subcontractors meets quality expectations, customer standards and contract requirements. Candidate must be able to read and interpret utility maps to determine the presence of underground utilities, as well as blueprints to ensure work performed is according to contract requirements, and to ensure compliance and adherence to all safety and quality expectations according to rules, regulations, and standards set by company. Prior experience with installation/repair/maintenance and the location of underground utilities preferred. Strong computer skills required. Strong written and oral communication skills required. Valid Driver’s license required.

 Duties &amp; Responsibilities:

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Selected Candidate will initially work as an on-call consultant as JCC procures the license. Upon license approval, the JCC CSO will report directly to the Chief Operations Officer (COO) and be responsible for the following:

What We're Looking For

15+ years work experience in greenhouse, indoor farm, or similar Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) operation, with at least 3 years at a Master Grower level or higher

The individual will be involved with our efforts aimed at optimizing all aspects of hydroponic growth and in routine activities, including data monitoring, plant handling, harvesting, analysis and collection of environmental and production data.
 
A key component of the position will be the ability to work down in the weeds on several projects simultaneously and assist the Farm Operation Team in a wide range of different activities including working on your feet daily for long stretches in order to monitor, maintain and optimize crops.
 What you'll do: 
This will be a hands-on role where you will be seeding, transplanting, and harvesting crops, monitoring and controlling plant nutrition, and managing high-intensity plant production equipment
