Champlain Valley Dispensary (CVD) is seeking a full-time Dispensary Supervisor for its satellite location in Middlebury . ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

<li>Dispense medicine accurately and efficiently through the combined use of innate math skills and of the point of Sale (POS) system and cash register.</li>
<li>Open and close the dispensary: responsible for the alarm system, reconciling the register and tracking inventory for each shift.</li>
<li>Receive transfers of inventory into both the Point Of Sale system and the physical count; work with inventory manager to resolve any discrepancies. Confirm that the physical packages match the digital transfer sheet and that packages are stored according to FIFO.</li>
<li>Oversee Sales Associates in compliance and professionalism.</li>
<li>Ensure that staff checks the database for pending appointments, checking for current IDs and product limits.</li>
<li>Check waitlist and product hold list to ensure the Dispensary has product in stock requested for patient appointments through the next day.</li>
<li>Help to answer phone calls and return voicemails.</li>
<li>Print out daily strain menu.</li>
<li>Help maintain current stock of member handbooks, intake forms, and promotional and educational items.</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness of dispensary through regular dusting, glass cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping, and other company sanitation protocols.</li>
<li>Attend weekly department meetings.</li>
<li>Ensure the Dispensary staff follow the Vermont State Medical Marijuana Program guidelines.</li>

Trimmer Needed by Licensed Grow Facility

Duties will focus mainly on cable placement utilizing equipment specific to that task (trenchers, plows, and directional drills) and general construction as directed by Foreman/Supervisor. Valid Driver's License required, CDL a plus.

Hand dig with shovel, sharpshooter, etc.

Work while standing or sitting for several hours at a time

Must be able to work in small/sometimes confined areas

Must be able to work in variable heights/depths

Maintain visual and audible contact with other crewman and all moving or stationary persons/vehicles/objects to ensure safe coordination of movement

Work in extreme weather conditions depending on geographical location (below freezing to over 100 degrees and in very windy conditions)

Hours/Schedules are determined based on Region and Customer Needs and in compliance with any regulations; on average – must be able to perform the above for at least 8 hours per day 5 days per week. Weekend work/Overtime is dependent on Work Load.

Assist manufacturing team in the production of cannabis based medicines. This includes extraction, packaging, inventory management duties and labeling
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to communicate verbally with management and other co-workers is crucial. Regular use of the telephone and e-mail for communication may be required. Sitting or standing for extended periods is common. Hearing and vision within normal ranges is essential for normal conversations, to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents. Job also requires manual dexterity
Some heavy lifting may be required. Exertion of up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally may be required. Good manual dexterity for the use of common office and laboratory equipment. Must be comfortable operating and troubleshooting scientific and packaging equipment.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The job is performed indoors in a traditional laboratory setting. Exposure to chemicals and laboratory agents is expected. Protective safety clothing, goggles, gloves, facemasks, or hat are required as needed. Activities include extended periods of sitting or standing and extensive work using laboratory and packaging equipment and machinery.

Job Summary
Post-Harvest Technicians are responsible for trimming cannabis in preparation for final processing of the product and sale.
