Four Green Fields is a Harford County Medical Cannabis Dispensary located in Street, Maryland. We are putting together a team to provide qualified Maryland patients with safe and convenient access to natural medication. We focus on discovering the best Cannabis based medicine for patients; empowering our patients through education; and a deep sense of compassion for our patients and ourselves. Duties:
Greet and welcome patients and guests, educate and complete sales, ensure their safety and comfort, and exceed patient expectations throughout the dispensary experience
Daily dispensary retail operations, consulting with patients and ensuring compliance with State regulations. This may include standing for extended periods of time
Use the MMCC State compliance and reporting systems
Use the Inventory and Retail Point of Sale system
Engage customers at a personal level to create an environment of empowerment and compassion
Educate patients on medicinal effects to self and/or others, including strains, genetics, and effects of cannabis flowers as well as other forms of cannabis-derived medicines
Educate patients on the use and various types of Cannabis consumption devices and techniques
Embody and represent the Four Green Fields’ brand and values
Maintain a safe, clean environment for patients and employees
Maintain patient confidentiality
Various assigned tasks necessary to dispensary operations
Job Qualifications:
Professional appearance with reliable and timely attendance
Must have high level of organization, patience, and flexibility
Refined interpersonal skills. Demonstrate the highest level of customer service and professional relationship maintenance with all people
Ability to perceive and meet the needs of the staff and patients without direction
Sales experience a plus, 3+ years of retail sales or customer service preferred
Professional cannabis training or certifications a plus
Experience in the cannabis industry, its cultivation, or its medicinal use
Requirements:
Able to meet the Maryland State requirements for Dispensary Agents
Minimum 21 years of age with valid MD state ID
Clean criminal record, free of drug related felonies
Must be able to pass background check with finger prints
Drug screening, legal medical justification required for any positive results
Must be able to lift, balance and carry 50 pounds
