Job Duties: 
<ul>
<li>Responsible for managing dispensary staff, schedules, inventory, and patient relations.</li>
<li>Serves as a role-model and resource for dispensary staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news, and changes in regulations.</li>
<li>Responds to all agent questions, concerns, or suggestions and acts when necessary to resolve</li>
<li>Responsible for delegating tasks to Patient Associates to maintain a compliant and clean</li>
<li>dispensary facility.</li>
<li>Coordinates with the executive management to ensure accurate information is communicated to the dispensary staff.</li>
<li>Provides superior customer service for vendors and patients.</li>
<li>Responds to all patient complaints, requests, concerns, or suggestions and acts when necessary</li>
<li>to resolve conflicts.</li>
<li>Oversees orders and deliveries to ensure accurate order information and timeliness of deliveries.</li>
<li>Maintains accurate records of all dispensary activities including patient records, sales, deliveries, and returns</li>
<li>in accordance with law, regulation, and company policy.</li>
<li>Maintains inventory control system and perform daily counts of all marijuana and marijuana products in the facility.</li>
<li>Implements and supervises the development of specific dispensary services and new programs.</li>
<li>Plans, coordinates and directs all activities related to the compounding, dispensing, delivery, receipt and handling of cannabis and associated products within regulatory guidelines.</li>
<li>Ensures patient’s understanding of the cannabis treatment program.</li>
<li>Consults with industry professionals and conducts research to ensure all services are in the patient’s best interest and conform to established professional standards/applicable state laws.</li>
<li>Adhere to all laws and regulations governing the practice of pharmacy including HIPAA, Preventing Fraud Waste &amp; Abuse and OSHA.</li>

Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or Pharm. degree.</li>
<li>3+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience</li>
<li>State registered pharmacist license</li>
<li>Strong time management, record keeping, analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Packaging Technician

Job Summary: 
WMC is looking for experienced Fiber Splicers to splice fiber optic cable in both indoor and outdoor settings, have knowledge of construction practices for Outside Plant cable placement, ability to read, interpret, and update splicing schematics and diagrams. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

<li>Ability to fusion splice and terminate various types of fiber optic connectors</li>
<li>Experience and knowledge using OTDR, CD/PMD, OLTS, ORL and Fusion splicing machines in addition to all other commonly used tools and test equipment</li>
<li>Interpret buried underground and aerial as-builts and splice schedules</li>
<li>Installation and dressing of fiber optic cabling</li>
<li>Produce slicing diagrams and designs</li>
