Prince Telecom LLC is looking for a Walk Out Technician to perform field walk-out assignments, site meetings, and create scope of work for multiple locations.
Responsibilities include:
<ul>
<li>Perform multiple field walk-out assignments on a daily basis over varying terrain and in weather conditions as encountered.</li>
<li>Hand Draft (sketch) field routing plan for the location. Drawings to include existing routing (duct, vaults, pole line and applicable electronics) to point of service.</li>
<li>Create a scope of work for the location fully describing all necessary work tasks required to provide CATV services to the point of service.</li>
<li>No CATV experience required</li>
<li>Ensure all documents are legibly prepared and meet current design and routing specifications</li>
<li>Conduct on-site meetings to share construction designs and schedules with end users</li>
<li>Interface with municipalities to secure permits and access as required.</li>
<li>Willingness to work shifts as assigned.</li>
<li>Possession of a valid (class "C") driver ' s license.</li>
<li>Possess a basic knowledge of building construction methods and codes.</li>
<li>Must be able to pass background and drug screening.</li>

Job Summary

To perform tasks associated with the construction/upgrade of aerial cable television systems. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
<ul>
<li>Maintain proper inventory on vehicle based on work assignment</li>
<li>Throw 1-2 lb. weighted rope over elevated cable lines, and tree branches</li>
<li>Pull lashing equipment down cable lines to secure wires</li>
<li>Use pounding equipment to install grounding rods and anchors into ground</li>
<li>Assist in pulling out cable lines and other equipment used in installing cable TV wires</li>
<li>Operate chain hoist to add tension to cable and guy wires</li>
<li>Read blueprints to interpret daily work assignment</li>
<li>Operate vehicle, following all safety and traffic regulations</li>
<li>Direct traffic flow in accordance with local D.O.T. guidelines</li>
<li>Other responsibilities as directed by Supervision</li>

As Master Grower you will be an advisor to the CLevel and Senior leadership team, have access to the latest technologies, work on a viable business that is scaling globally, create our Farm Operations best practices, and serve as a coach and mentor to our talented Grower team globally.
 About Role
 In this role you will collaborate with growers across Plenty's network of farms to define operational goals, standard operating procedures, and team culture. You'll coach and train staff to hone skills and become exceptional growers. Finally, you'll collaborate with Engineering and Plant Science to ensure that Plenty's development projects incorporate growers' requirements, insights, and feedback.
 What You'll Do
 
R eview, analyze, and drive improvements in growing operations . Specifically analyze seeding, transplant, grow-out, and harvest operations. Develop or maintain processes in these areas.
 
Set cross-farm grow team goals around yields, loss rates, cycle times, and other growing metrics. Meet or exceed company targets.
 
Participate in the selection of Head Growers and other growing staff at new farm locations.
 
Lead the creation and implementation of growing-oriented training courses. Implement programs to ensure growers receive updated training as necessary.
 
Collaborate with Engineering, Computer Science, and Plant Science team on the selection and implementation of new growing equipment, software, crops, and other tools or techniques.
 
Oversee company-wide nutrient management program.
 
What We're Looking For
 
Bachelor’s or higher degree in horticulture, agronomy, agriculture, or related field
 
15+ years work experience in greenhouse, indoor farm, or similar Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) operation, with at least 3 years at a Master Grower level or higher
 Experience with multiple types of hydroponic, aquaponics, and/or aeroponic systems, including NFT, DWC, and/or vertical towers
 
Clear written and verbal communication skills
 
Experience leading teams of 5-20+ people of a variety of backgrounds to outcome
 
Experience with fertigation and climate control technology typically used in CEA
 
Possesses attention to detail
 
Willing to travel 10-15 days per month
 
Valid passport/ability to travel internationally and obtain a visa

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
