Under limited supervision, this position is directly responsible for supervising and managing the day to day operations of a retail cannabis dispensary providing customer assistance, communicating customer expectations, seeking solutions to best meet the customer's needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

<li>Ensure that staff checks the database for pending appointments, checking for current IDs and product limits.</li>
<li>Check waitlist and product hold list to ensure the Dispensary has product in stock requested for patient appointments through the next day.</li>
<li>Help to answer phone calls and return voicemails.</li>
<li>Print out daily strain menu.</li>
<li>Help maintain current stock of member handbooks, intake forms, and promotional and educational items.</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness of dispensary through regular dusting, glass cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping, and other company sanitation protocols.</li>
<li>Attend weekly department meetings.</li>
<li>Ensure the Dispensary staff follow the Vermont State Medical Marijuana Program guidelines.</li>

 Job Summary: 
Training and Development Specialist /Coordinator will be tasked with working closely with Safety Director in developing and administering a training program in conjunction with a partnership (Contract) with the State of California. Training and Development Specialist /Coordinator will provide training to all newly hire employees in the form of a 30-hour course for the construction industry, as well as retain meticulous records of training performed. This training function will expand as experience in Telecommunications Industry; knowledge of equipment and company policies is gained. This position will also partner with the Human Resources Director and third-party administrator to ensure all required training and tracking parameters of program are met.
 Requirements: 
Current OSHA 500 training credentials to teach OSHA 10&amp;30 hour course for the Construction Industry. OR ability to acquire OSHA 500 and 510 within 60 days (company would consider reimbursement after 6 months of satisfactory employment).
 Five years of construction safety experience. A bachelor’s degree (or higher) in occupational safety and health or industrial hygiene from an accredited college or university, a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) designation, in the applicable training area may be substituted for a total of two years’ experience.
 Extensive knowledge and experience in Aerial Lineman qualifications, skills and technics, telecommunications systems, safety protocol and overall requirements and/or ability/desire to gain the experience required to expand in role as Training &amp; Development Specialist / Coordinator within the company.
 Developed training curriculum as instructed by Safety Director, in accordance with construction industry standard, OTI Outreach 30 Hour specifications and VCI company policies.
 Initiative to learn equipment and Standards involved in Telecommunications construction.
 Responsible for active training programs to ensure compliance mandates from OSHA
 Responsible for delivering safety training and support for all employees.
 Must be able to work in adverse conditions to support the assigned safety and training needs.
 Analyze the business need and recommend and deliver curriculum utilizing a full menu of delivery options.
 Work closely with management, subject matter experts if needed to identify and execute learning initiatives and curriculum updates.

We are seeking a partnership with a Chief Scientific Officer (CSO) who specializes in botany/agriculture/horticulture to push us closer to receiving our Massachusetts cultivation license.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Selected Candidate will initially work as an on-call consultant as JCC procures the license. Upon license approval, the JCC CSO will report directly to the Chief Operations Officer (COO) and be responsible for the following:
- Ensure cultivation state requirements are met/ consulting
- Building a cultivation team on-site
- Occasional Travel
- Quarterly on-site checkups
- Greenhouse/ Warehouse development and design
- Other administrative/clerical duties as necessary
