Major Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Perform irrigation and growing operations</li>
<li>Assist in the development, management and implementation of integrated pest management, (IPM), while adhering to sanitation, cultural, and general growing protocols</li>
<li>Apply bio-pesticides and biologicals as required for maintaining crop health</li>
<li>Perform all phases of plant production while ensuring proper planting depth, irrigation, labelling, plant grooming, harvesting and documentation</li>

Executive Coordinator

The Social Media Manager will implement the company’s Social Media marketing strategy. Administration includes content strategy, develop brand awareness, generate inbound traffic and cultivate leads and sales. The Social Media manager is a highly motivated individual with experience and a passion for designing and implementing the Company’s content strategy, creating relevant content, blogging, [social media] community participation and leadership.
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for maintaining fresh content across social media, and once we establish profiles for New Frontier, manage and publish content across those sites.
Responsibilities:

<ul>
<li>Manage Social Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including:
<ul>
<li>Curate relevant content to reach the company’s ideal customers.</li>
<li>Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).</li>
<li>Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads (and sales).</li>
<li>Conduct online advocacy and open stream for cross-promotions.</li>
<li>Develop and expand community and/or blogger outreach efforts.</li>
<li>Oversee design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, and blog).</li>
<li>Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.</li>
<li>Compile report for management showing results (ROI).</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Become an advocate for the Company in Social Media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.</li>
<li>Demonstrate ability to map out marketing strategy and then drive that strategy proven by testing and metrics.</li>
<li>Develop a strategy and implement a proactive process for capturing customer online commentary.</li>
<li>Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.</li>
<li>Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the cannabis and big data business. Report notable threats to the COO and appropriate management.</li>
<li>Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the Social Media campaigns.</li>
<li>Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of Social Media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.</li>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Possesses knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing.</li>
<li>Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in Social Media.</li>
<li>Proficient in content marketing theory and application.</li>
<li>Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.</li>
<li>Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound.</li>
<li>Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, Google+ Local, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.</li>
<li>Maintains excellent writing and language skills.</li>
<li>Enjoys a working knowledge of the blogging ecosystem relevant to the Company’s field in Cannabis while maintaining credibility and authority.</li>
<li>Displays ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and video format.</li>
<li>Exceeds at building and maintaining relationships, online and off.</li>
<li>Is a Team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary. (ie: content development, creation and editing of content, and online reputation management).</li>
<li>Makes evident good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly.</li>
<li>Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research. Highly knowledgeable in the principles of “Search and Social”.</li>
<li>Possesses functional knowledge and/or personal experience with WordPress.</li>
<li>Demonstrates winning Social Customer Service techniques. Possesses great ability to identify potential negative or crisis situation and apply conflict resolution principles to mitigate issues.</li>
<li>Exceptional organizational skills</li>
<li>Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Google Applications, Asana and QuickBooks</li>
<li>Marketing degree is welcomed but not required with relevant work experience.</li>

Compensation:

Our client, a diversified and well respected company in the Cannabis Industry, is seeking an experienced detail oriented Controller with a versatile personality to lead a dynamic accounting team, meet deadlines and guide the financial decisions for the company by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.
 
This role requires a clear and effective communicator and a hands-on natural leader to interact with employees and management, to build infrastructure and to guide, educate, mentor and lead the local and remote corporate accounting teams.
 
Top candidates for this role will have prior experience as a Controller or Senior Accounting Professional for large companies, or organizations with particularly complex organizational structures, as well as a strong background in all areas of accounting, including general ledger, monthly financial closing, quarterly and annual SEC filings and SOX auditing procedures and a CPA is preferred.
 
Job Duties and Responsibilities
 <ul>
<li>Timely dissemination of financial management reports including, but not limited to, internal and external monthly financial statements and annual audits and annual budgets.</li>
<li>Assists in the analysis of significant account treatments of complex and unusual transactions</li>
<li>Protect the companys assets and ensures that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Monitors cash balances and cash forecasts; arranges for debt and equity financing; invests funds.</li>
<li>Assists in conducting budget analysis and cost analysis to advise business leaders of the most effective use of assets.</li>
<li>Oversees all income, sales, use, property and payroll taxes, tax planning and develop new tax strategies.</li>
<li>Establishes and maintains systems and controls that verify the integrity of all systems, processes and data to enhance the companys value.</li>
<li>Provides executive management, C-Suite and Board of Directors and other required entities such as the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) with financial reporting.</li>
<li>Ensures accurate and timely filing of quarterly and annual SEC filings.</li>
<li>Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.</li>
<li>The preceding functions have been provided as examples of the type of work performed by employees assigned to this job classification.</li>

Job Requirements
 <ul>
<li>Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or another closely related field from an accredited university.</li>
<li>7-10 years of experience in public accounting.</li>
<li>Prior experience as a Controller or Senior Accounting Professional for large companies or those with particularly complex organizational structures.</li>
<li>Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred.</li>
<li>Prior experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP etc).</li>
