Position Description:

This hourly position will assist with the administration and coordination of Pauley’s fleet of vehicles (over 900 pieces of equipment including 300 licensed vehicles). The fleet coordinator will support compliance with government rules and regulations and manage databases, title and license vehicles as required and complete paperwork in support of fleet maintenance as needed. The Fleet Coordinator will also develop reports and analyze fleet data from various sources to provide insight that improves fleet utilization and life cycle costs. Work schedules are typically 5 days per week, 8 hours per day. Requires heavy lifting, pulling, placing, standing and sitting, as required by Pauley Construction, Inc.

This individual must have a valid driver’s license, as well as available transportation, pass all company drug testing, as well as adhere to all OSHA, state, city/municipality safety requirements and training provided by company. This position must have and provide adequate means of transportation to and from Pauley Construction, Inc. job site locations or yards.

Examples of the work performed:

<li>Support the Fleet Manager in aspects of operating the fleet</li>
<li>Use various data bases to maintain data integrity of the fleet</li>
<li>Work with accounting group to ensure necessary paperwork is accurately completed</li>
<li>Clear understanding of vehicle registration process</li>
<li>Assist in notifying operations of needed preventative maintenance and DOT inspections weekly and</li>
<li>maintains database</li>
<li>Responsible for compliance</li>
<li>Works with various fleet leasing companies to insure all vehicles are titled and registered correctly</li>
<li>Maintains required documents in equipment ownership files</li>
<li>Fuel card administration, including fuel cards, driver ID’s and reporting</li>
<li>Notifying field personnel of expiring documents</li>
<li>Assist with paperwork and title relating to disposals of assets</li>
<li>Support operations with setting up rental equipment as needed</li>
<li>Maintains Fleet GPS systems and audits vehicles for proper usage and driver performance</li>
<li>Makes sure all databases, vehicles and reports are compliant with FMCSR</li>

Medical Cannabis Administrative Professional

While no experience is necessary, paid training is provided. Upon completion of training program, Technicians will work independently within the community providing exceptional customer service. Earning potential between $600 to $1,000 a week based on on productivity efficiency.

The Extraction/Processing Technician will be responsible for all aspects of plant extraction and various processes associated with cannabis product development. The Technician provides the daily care and focused attention necessary to process and package clean, high quality, safe medicine for our patients. Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of the Processing Technician include all aspects of the daily care of medicine from harvest to packaging; monitoring weights and measurements; presentation; and maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and sterility inside the processing area.

Administrative Medical Office Assistant

We are looking to hire a Grower Relations Viticulture Technician (Seasonal) to primarily cover the North Coast (Mendocino, Lake, Sonoma and Napa counties) with occasional travel to the Foothills (Amador, El Dorado, Placer, Tehama and Lassen counties).
Duration: This seasonal position is available now through mid-November with the possibility of being considered for a regular, full-time role following the Harvest season. Peak working hours expected between July through the end of October.
Responsibilities:
Pre Harvest:
During the active growing season this position will track the progression of growth throughout contracted vineyards in various regions. This data may include but is not limited to: Field observations and dates of bud break throughout all designated districts. Observe and report weather conditions as well as late season weather events (hail, frost, and high wind) which may cause damage or crop loss. Review and observe cultural farming practices and canopy management, (tilling, weed control, crop thinning, leaf pulling), crop estimation based on observations of shatter, bunch counts, comparison of historical bunch weight data. Observing and recording any disease or pest pressures within the vineyards and working with Grower Relations Manager and Grower to recommend a treatment / solution. This position will also be responsible for creating and maintaining vineyard maps for all contracted vineyards. These maps will be utilized throughout the season and continually updated with any relevant information. Maps will also be uploaded to iCroptrak and used for creating weekly scouting reports with accompanying data.
During Harvest:
Collecting field data including cluster counts, cluster weights and general phenological data as well as perform field sugar testing of grapes for approximately 8 ? 12 weeks. Rank vineyards in order of maturation, while working closely with Grower Relations Manager and Winemaking to help determine harvest scheduling. Maintain sampling gear along with some data entry of sampling results on a daily basis. Working Saturdays during peak season will be required. Company vehicle provided for field use.
Post Harvest:

Working with Growers and Grower Relations Manager on timelines for post-harvest field work: this may include reports on post-harvest field preparations consisting of: pruning timelines, compost additions, cover crop plantings, repairs or improvements to contracted vineyards. Harvest data will also be evaluated, and organized for use in the following season. All data will be tracked and analyzed with use of excel and iCroptrak. Some examples of useful data include: rates of cover crop applied (lbs. -/- acre), rate of compost applied (tons -/- acre) number of re-plants planned / needed. The Grower Relations Vit Tech will also work closely with the Growers and Grower Relations Manager writing reports and relaying any important information (questions, concerns) a grower may have.

Duties

Your opportunity at a glance
 Due to internal agency promotions, the WSLCB is excited to announce an excellent opportunity for a Fiscal Analyst 3 in the Spirit Fees Accounting Unit. In this important role, you will support and contribute to the LCB Mission by performing professional financial review and analysis of accounting, auditing and fiscal data in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, governmental auditing standards, statutes or regulations. This position works under general supervision of the Spirit Fees Accounting Supervisor and is required to analyze and interpret reports produced by the internal intranet fee system. Also, this position is responsible for monitoring and analyzing fee reports monthly, coordinating, reconciling and closing the cash month process in the Spirit Fee System. Additionally, monitors licensee balances and recommends accounts for suspension, collection or enforcement actions.
 
WSLCB is adapting Lean thinking and tools to its operations Through practice, all employees develop scientific problem-solving skill and daily Lean practices, which they apply to their work to identify, measure, and solve problems that matter to customers.
 Duties
 Verifies reconciliation of other unit staff data entry.
 Review and analyze fee reports to cash log and/or bank reports for revenue receipt, coding accuracy and timeliness.
 Coordinate, reconcile and close the cash month in the Spirit Fee System Monthly by the OFM AFRS Closing Schedule.
 Prepare and process AFRS journal vouchers for Spirit Fee revenue allocation.
 Reconcile assigned general ledger accounts and revenue codes monthly.
 Process Misc. Revenue and Payment from Collection Agency in the Spirt System.
 Notify Licensee of NSF payment for the Spirit Fee Unit.
 Monitor, tracking and clear NSF payment for Spirit Fee Unit.
 Send appropriate correspondence to licensees informing them of reporting/payment requirements.
 Monitor licensees operating under a temporary license permits until they are issued their permanent license.
 Review audit reports and correction reports for accuracy and post to the Spirit Fees System.
 Send missing report notices to licensees.
 Create, update and maintain desk manuals/procedures on spirits processes.
 Assist with Public Requests related to Spirit Fees.
 Backup for processing daily spirits cash received.
 Backup for the MJ Unit's FA3 in the preparing the daily deposit from the collection of Marijuana Excise Tax payments.
 Review Spirit Licensee balances and send balance due/credit notices monthly.
 Update balance due spreadsheet to determine which licensees should be sent to suspension or collections.
 Archive balance due notices into Document Management System.
 Evaluates refunds and makes recommendations to supervisor for processing.
 Prepare monthly receivable balances for Spirit Fee Unit.
 Organize and prepare Finance documents for BAP requests.
 Prepare suspension requests to WSLCB Licensing Division.
 Prepare suspension withdrawals as needed.
 Update missing report/suspension tracking spreadsheet.
 Answer phone line for Tax and Fee Accounting Unit.
 Respond to email and correspondence regarding tax and fee reporting, on-line reporting and general inquiries from internal and external customers.
 Interpret rules and regulations related to Tax and Fee reporting.
 Provides assistance to fiscal staff regarding customer inquiries.
 Review, research and recommend website updates.
 Qualifications
 Required Qualifications: 
A bachelor's degree, which includes 18 quarter or 12 semester hours in accounting, auditing or budgeting and two years of relevant professional experience OR Any combination of education and relevant professional experience totaling six years. Education must include the required credit hours in accounting, auditing or budgeting.
 Intermediate skill level using Microsoft Excel and Word.
 One year experience interpreting and applying RCW's, WAC's and procedures;
 Ability to: 
Reconcile General Ledger Accounts;
 Explain Tax and Fee accounting standards and WSLCB policies to customers outside of the financial division;
 Explain reporting requirements to external customers;
 Help customers navigate a personal computer to submit reports electronically;
 Become proficient in Tax and Fee Accounting Systems, Document Management System and internal LCB systems
 Learn telephone system.
 Stand for long periods of time receipting cash.

We are a progressive Prop 215 compliant medical cannabis collective offering home delivery and safe access to verified patients in the East Bay and greater Bay Area. We provide our drivers a great plan with bonuses paid for reaching 25 deliveries per day. We support our drivers with great technology -- we've partnered with DeliverMD to utilize their software to help us verify valid Doctor Recommendations, optimize delivery routes and to track all inventory movements.
