We are building a new fully licensed, legal and compliant Cannabis Delivery system. The Delivery Operations Director is a key role guiding the development of every element of the Delivery system.

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Responsible for developing the strategy (both short and long term) for delivery service logistics from conception to implementation to iteration to re-implementation</li>
<li>Primary functions include: driver recruitment and training, fleet management &amp; logistics, inventory management, and business performance reporting</li>
<li>Build and develop operational documentation</li>
<li>Manage regulatory compliance</li>
<li>Develop communications system architecture (phone trees, etc)</li>

Qualifications

Cannabis Delivery Operations Director

SUMMARY
 
The Director of Quality will provide support for Product Quality &amp; Product Safety programs and regulatory alignment. This position will provide strategic direction for company-wide Cannabis focused quality programs and will design policy and procedures to comply with quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. This position reports to the VP of Quality and will work closely with Regional Operations and Manufacturing teams, Vice Presidents, Facility Management, Quality Managers and corporate officers to assure implementation and adherence to these policies and procedures. Will work in conjunction with Operations, R&amp;D, Procurement, Compliance, Logistics and other departments in the company to provide leadership and guidance on Quality system requirements.
 
This position must have a strong working knowledge of State and Federal Regulatory programs (USDA, FDA and State specific) including Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), ISO 9001/17025 and HACCP Certification. Knowledge of GFSI schemed quality systems in addition to ISO is preferred.
 
Working knowledge of warehousing, distribution, processing, manufacturing and re-boxing is preferred

 Coordinate internal Food Safety compliance and corrective actions. Monitor and evaluate Good Manufacturing Procedures, deviations and follow-up
 Works with VP of Quality Systems to develop, deliver and evaluate quality and product safety training programs and oversee training of QA and analytics teams in the implementation and maintenance of quality systems
 Supports metrics and benchmarking for Company QA &amp; PS performance
 Support Extraction/Manufacturing department with quality programs and support.
 Work collaboratively with quality and operations to adhere to KPI performance and continually find ways to cut costs without the expense of quality.
 Manage and supervise a team of multi-disciplinary quality personnel across all regions and locations.
 Develop and/or support quality and product safety training programs
 Design product specifications for all current and future fresh and finished products.
 Calibrate and audit all quality systems, documentation, results and testing to maintain compliance and consistency with all State and/or Federal requirements.
 Work in conjunction with compliance to insure accurate quality information is provided at each stage of processing.
 Provide support to all quality departments and staff, including coaching and equipment/method troubleshooting.

Production Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION
 
The Graphic Designer will have experience in both print and electronic media. The Graphic Designer should be someone who can take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts and other designs. The Graphic Designer should have an intimate understanding of how marketing campaigns work and be able to express creativity through artwork/design to support Cura and our clients. We work in a fast-paced environment, so the ideal Graphic Designer will be able to hit the ground running and be agile in what is now one of the fastest growing industries.
 RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Work simultaneously on 5+ projects based on current workload
 Create visual aspects of marketing materials, websites, and other media including info-graphics
 Put together disparate elements created by another professional, such as the icons, photographs, and other components, into one cohesive design
 Consult with marketing, copywriting, and sales teams to create designs that reflect our values, mission, and goals
 QUALIFICATIONS:

 Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Marketing or related discipline
 Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, specifically with mockups, web design and multimedia presentation

Graphic Designer

Laborer duties will focus mainly on cable placement utilizing equipment specific to that task (trenchers, plows, and directional drills) and general construction as directed by Foreman/Supervisor. Valid Driver's License required, CDL a plus.

Position Characteristics

The Dispensing Nurse (LPN) provides basic medical care to patients in an outpatient addiction recovery environment; maintains standards of professional nursing practice in accordance with clinic policy and procedures; provides for the safe and efficient dispensing of doses of medication to patients consistent with the organization's procedure and as ordered by the Medical Director or Physician; responsible for thorough, accurate reporting and documentation of the patient's symptoms, responses and progress.

Responsibilities

<li>Works under the supervision of the Medical Director and the Clinic Director and maintains practical nursing professional standards of care;</li>

Prepares and administers medication as ordered by the Medical Director or Program Physician accurately and in a timely manner, maintains accurate accounting of all medication received (from supplier) and dispensed (to the patients);</li>
<li>
Charts medication administration in nurse's notes accurately and in a timely manner, documents nursing care provided, maintain appropriate records related to patient’s progress and activities accurately and in a timely manner;</li>

Responsible for the safekeeping of all medication stock and the records required by the DEA, FDA, and ADP;</li>

Dedicates a minimum of 90 percent of regularly scheduled work hours to activities directly related to the administration of medication; the remaining 10 percent of regularly scheduled work hours will be dedicated to other activities as assigned by the Medical Director or Clinic Director;</li>

Responsible for urine collection and processing, reading test results as ordered by Program Physicians and the completion of all forms involved in these procedures; and,</li>

Account Supervisor for Marketing and PR
We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, collaborative individual with integrated Marketing &amp; PR experience. Successful candidates will demonstrate a detailed knowledge of the marketing and PR landscape with clear evidence of having lead and grown challenging client accounts in an agency environment.
The candidate will be the primary point of contact for client accounts and will be a liaison for a team that includes strategic planning, creative development (branding &amp; identity, ad creation, web design &amp; development), social media, and public relations (media relations, pitching, content creation, events). The candidate will present all aspects of the agency’s work and be excited about the possibility to take the agency in an exciting new evolution. The Account Manager is expected to be dedicating at least 75% of his/her time to a single account, a credit union based in the mid-west. This is a new position for this team, so the candidate will be partially educating the leadership on needs and goals and therefore a high degree of trust will be placed in the candidate. Most of the agency team lives and works in Los Angeles and San Francisco. Many on the PR side are based in Los Angeles and many on the marketing side are based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
