 Job Summary: 
The Account Manager is a sales position that will be actively calling on new prospects and cross selling and upselling existing accounts. The position involves calling recreational, medical and delivery dispensaries to introduce them to the payroll/HR products and Recruitment services. This role is responsible for identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients. The Account Manager should have a minimum of 4 years of relevant sales experience and have an understanding of payroll, Human Resource, and staffing services. The ideal Account Manager candidate will be comfortable in a fluid, dynamic startup environment, passionate about the Cannabis industry and will bring an energetic, fun and creative approach to their work.
 Duties and Responsibilities: 
Manage the entire sales process (Sales research, DEMO’s, Preparation, and Follow Up);
 
Identify and build a pipeline of potential clients/customers, initiate and manage prospects through the sales pipeline and close opportunities;
 Seek out and target new customers: initiate action plan to approach and secure new business;
 
Generate revenue according to set goals;
 
Comfortable with billing and making collection calls;
 
Achieve revenue targets according to company goals;
 
Monitor competition by gathering current information on pricing and products;
 
Ability to develop and maintain deep relations with current clients as well as new prospects;
 
Create high-quality materials to support the sales process.
 Qualifications and Education: 
Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required;
 
Cannabis industry experience and contacts preferred but not required;
 
Minimum 4 years of relevant customer service experience or relevant sales experience;
 
Experience in selling technology and interactive solutions;
 
Customer service oriented;
 
Track record of being a top performer, with a “proactive, get it done” approach;
 
Significant understanding of the Cannabis industry.

The general duties are as follows:

Fielder Supervisor - Milwaukee, WI

Tesinc, LLC is looking for an Entry Level GIS Analyst to be located in our Tampa, FL office. The GIS Analyst will be utilizing this technology in telecommunications fiber management.

Overview:

Position Description:

Position consists of receiving and maintaining inventory of materials used by field crews. Using APOS program to receive and disperse inventory. Insuring inventory and yard is well maintained and neat. Conduct field inspections, including preliminary and QC. Will prepare and maintain inventory to pass periodic audits. Provide administrative support for business, legal or governmental inquiries. Provide information as required.</li>
<li>
Assist the Director of HR with preparing and filing EEO-1, VETS-100 and employee censuses, as required by law or contractual obligations. Provide reports to management personnel as appropriate.</li>
<li>
Performs per-pay-period timesheet audits including review of exceptions and missing timesheets; contacts supervisors, as needed, to make corrections.</li>
<li>
Answers payroll and time and attendance inquiries as they arise.</li>
<li>
Assist HR Assistant with maintenance and organization of confidential payroll files.</li>
<li>
Runs and prepares various payroll and General Ledger reports on a per pay period basis as well as monthly, quarterly, and annual basis and provides to Finance and Accounting.</li>
<li>
Manages monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reporting for Federal, State, and Local payroll taxes.
</li>
<li>Stay abreast of state and federal laws applicable to area of expertise suggesting procedure and policy changes as necessary.</li>
<li>
Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.</li>
<li>
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned or required.</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications Guidelines
 
Education/training/experience:

<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree.</li>
<li>
3-5 years progressively responsible experience in assigned or related field.</li>
<li>
Prior experience with payroll and HRIS systems required.
</li>
<li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</li>
<li>
Computer skills: Microsoft Office. Microsoft Outlook. PC, Word, Excel, HR database software, Applicant tracking software. PowerPoint.
</li>
<li>PHR or other HR certification desired.</li>
</ul>
 
Knowledge of:

<ul>
<li>Working knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws required, including but not limited to ADA, FMLA, COBRA, FLSA, ERISA</li>
<li>
Strong Excel and analysis knowledge is required</li>
<li>
Previous experience with implementing a new payroll provider and other new system implementation.</li>
</ul>
<ul><li>
Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.</li></ul>
 
Physical Standards:

<ul>
<li>This position requires frequently sitting, standing, reaching, walking, and operating a computer workstation</li>
<li>
Must have finger dexterity, ability to use keyboard/ten key</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Reach, stoop and lift office files, records or reports, typically weighing 20 pounds or less..</li>
<li>
