Ms. Mary Staffing is currently seeking applicants for several Senior Business to Business Sales positions we have open in Minnesota. Our clients are looking for candidates with previous cannabis sales or ancillary cannabis business sales experience to be considered. Position Overview:

Position available consists of general utility worker duties (see description), coordinates a small 2-3 person team, required to place, install, repair or maintain utility systems as needed. Travel may be required, but typically within the state. Manufacturing Technician II, Dispensary (2nd Shift)

We are seeking detail oriented, mechanically inclined, and knowledgeable chemistry and/or physics enthusiasts for cannabis extraction positions with a variety of clients throughout the Coachella Valley. Extraction technicians are responsible for coordinating the daily production of high-quality cannabis concentrates and safely seperate the oily, cannabinoid- rich trichomes from cannabis flower. Ideal candidates will have working knowledge of either chemistry, physics, phytobiology, or chemical engineering. Extract technicians need to know how to use butane and carbon dioxide to create marijuana concentrates as well as operate closed- loop hydrocarbon extraction systems and process samples using analysis methods.
 Job Summary: 
Extraction technicians will use solvents (including carbon dioxide, ethanol and butane), heat and pressure to turn marijuana plant matter into cannabis concentrates, which are then refined to ensure purity. Extraction technicians will also collect samples for potency testing and record resulting data, and weigh, package as well as batch track cannabis products. Additionally, extraction technicians must ensure that the lab equipment and lab facility where they work are clean and otherwise well maintained.
 
The successful candidate will have some experience with labwork or manufacturing and working with standard operating procedures. They will also be familiar with spreadsheet software, data tracking, time tracking, and are able to follow clear and concise direction.

<li>The Senior Producer is responsible for overseeing the production of editorial and branded video at Leafly</li>
<li>The right candidate will have a very strong production background combined with the technical skillet to operate and manage everything from camera equipment to complex server infrastructure</li>

<li>Work directly with sales, account management and video teams, representing the interests of both our video production team and the client to produce the best content possible</li>
<li>Hire freelancers and manage work distribution between freelance and full-time staff to assemble a team of people who can successfully put together a quality production</li>
<li>Develop relationships with talent, including on camera talent, directors, producers, and writers</li>
<li>Develop and maintain relationships with commercial studios in various markets across the United States</li>
<li>Oversee, allocate, and manage quarterly to yearly video production budget</li>
<li>Work with other video and content leaders to balance business goals, data, budget and the needs of the team to develop video strategy. Constantly adapt and evolve the strategy to best meet business objectives</li>
<li>Work closely with directors and writers at concept and early script writing stage to ensure we're developing quality content within our production bounds</li>
<li>Pitch show ideas to external partners, sponsors, production companies and other third party vendors</li>
<li>Work with other video leaders to develop long form ideas including being involved in pitches, presentations, developing creative, budgets and show structure</li>
<li>Develop early production systems around branded and editorial campaigns, overseeing video podcast and live branded projects</li>
<li>Point person between sales/client and video team. - Ensuring production runs smoothly, being present when clients are present, etc</li>
<li>Manage full-time staff of producers, directors, and post, as well as freelancers including hiring and performance management/ coaching</li>
<li>Communicate with senior management team to help develop a positive company culture and profitable business</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in related field</li>
<li>5+ years in as a content producer in studio operations, television production, and/or field production experience</li>
<li>4+ years in a production management role preferred</li>
<li>Deep and demonstrable knowledge of video production, digital channels and digital media required</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task in an extremely fast-moving environment</li>
<li>Effective time management skills are critical for success in this position</li>
<li>Previous experience managing a team (internal and external) and budget</li>
<li>Experience managing production process through brief, pre/post, and distribution</li>
<li>Complex problem-solving ability and always solution-oriented</li>
<li>Strong operational sense and attention to detail</li>

The Construction Field Office Assistant is responsible for performing routine clerical and organizational tasks that effectively support the operations of a construction field office. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

<li>Provide administrative support on various telecommunications construction projects.</li>
<li>Assist field operations with the completion of daily time sheets</li>
<li>Verifying the accuracy and performing quality checks of various payroll, production and billing information</li>
<li>Assist with the preparation and updating of cable system as-builts and maps (engineering documents/drawings) to show construction progress.</li>

<li>Use computers for spreadsheets, word processing, database management, and other applications.</li>
