The Patient Counselor works to ensure excellent patient service, provide effective patient consultations, and ensure the distribution of only quality products to patients. The Patient Counselor assesses the individual needs of patients, provides superior product knowledge, and conducts sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
 
Essential Job Functions

<li>Perform opening and closing procedures</li>
<li>Ensure departmental and dispensary compliance to internal, local and state policies</li>

<li>Ensure the accuracy of assigned cash register till</li>
<li>Prevent the diversion of medical cannabis to anyone other than authorized patients</li>

<li>Maintain the overall appearance, organization and cleanliness of the department and service counter areas</li>
<li>Attend daily pre-opening meetings</li>

JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador who would promote and educate shops and patients about Select products. RESPONSIBILITIES

POSITION SUMMARY
As a Surterra Mobile Wellness Coordinator you must be a minimum of 26 years of age, have a clean driving record, pass a background check and a Drug Screening. This position works closely with the Lead Mobile Wellness Coordinator, and will maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. The Mobile Wellness Coordinator will use sound driving practices, acting as a driver or passenger when needed. This position will possess effective organizational and communication skills. The Mobile Wellness Coordinate is responsible for high quality patient customer service, retrieving patient information from the Medical Marijuana Use Registry, and maintaining confidential and HIPAA compliant paperwork. In addition, this position is responsible for State of Florida regulations for a Medical Marijuana Treatment Center, and will adhere to best practices in the day -to-day operations of the Surterra’s delivery efforts.

1. Customer Service and Record-Keeping:

Mobile Wellness Coordinator

Who We Are
Since our founding in 1991, The Food Project has grown into an internationally recognized non-profit organization that works at the intersection of youth, food, and community. For over 26 years, youth and adults from diverse backgrounds have come together to produce healthy food for residents of the city and suburbs and build local, sustainable food systems. Each year, our youth crews work with our staff to farm on 70 acres in eastern Massachusetts in the suburban towns of Beverly, Lincoln, and Wenham and partner with our neighbors in Lynn and Boston's Dudley neighborhood to create the food system they imagine. We believe that food is a unique vehicle for creating personal and social change. Nothing else ties us so intimately to each other and to the planet we share, affecting our health, the climate, and culture. Moving into the future, our goal is to transform the food system into a more just, community-engaged model, that supports food security for all.
What We Seek
The Food Project is seeking a part-time Grower’s Assistant to work on our Lynn urban farms for July and August of 2018—specific dates listed below. The Grower’s Assistant will work at our urban farm and farmers market sites in Lynn. Our Lynn farms produce thousands of pounds of food each year, which is distributed through our farmers market, mobile markets, wholesale accounts and donations to hunger relief organizations.
This is a Tuesday through Thursday position that is ideal for someone who wants to explore urban farming and food justice. Our farms are run in partnership with youth and community members, therefore a candidate must have a passion for teaching and leading others. Our youth and neighbors reflect the tremendous cultural, racial, and socio-economic diversity of the city of Lynn. Candidates with experience working in multicultural settings are strongly preferred.

This is a farming position, but past experience on a farm is not required from a candidate, so long as they are ready to learn and take on new skills.

This work is done in partnership with dedicated youth development staff.
Specifically, the Grower’s Assistant will support the following areas of our work:

Senior Product Marketing Manager

The Lead Floor Advisor is responsible for interacting with and building positive relationships with customers of The+Source Dispensary, and managing/mentoring Floor Advisors. S/he shall spend time with the customers and listen to their needs and concerns, and make appropriate recommendations about product. At the same time, the Lead Floor Advisor will mentor Floor Advisors on The+Source Dispensaries Customer Service best practices. Therefore, the Lead Floor Advisor must have a drive to help people, solid knowledge of the products available, and a strong desire to develop people. S/he must be able to explain the effects of various medicines and products and explain how each one can reduce a patient's symptoms for different ailments. The Lead Floor Advisor is expected to stay current and knowledgeable about the products offered by The Source and in the industry. Ideally, the Lead Floor Advisor will also be computer literate and able to use POS equipment and software.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
