Assistant Grower Responsibilities:

Job Summary 
CCG is looking for experienced Fiber Splicers to splice fiber optic cable in both indoor and outdoor settings, have knowledge of construction practices for Outside Plant cable placement, ability to read, interpret, and update splicing schematics and diagrams. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

<li>Splice fiber optic cables including both loose tube and ribbon cables, and construct proper splice cases and fiber termination panels</li>
<li>Ability to fusion splice and terminate various types of fiber optic connectors</li>
<li>Experience and knowledge using OTDR, CD/PMD, OLTS, ORL and Fusion splicing machines in addition to all other commonly used tools and test equipment</li>
<li>Interpret buried underground and aerial as-builts and splice schedules</li>
<li>Installation and dressing of fiber optic cabling</li>
<li>Produce slicing diagrams and designs</li>

Job Summary: 
The Headend Technician is primarily responsible for repairs, additions, alterations of primary headends, secondary headends and hub sights. Specific duties include but are not limited to:

Insures that the headend and all related equipment is properly maintained within these specifications at all times.</li>
<li>Properly protect and defend equipment, property and material against loss, theft or damage.</li>

Job Summary

The Brand Sales Manager is extremely knowledgeable about our flower and concentrate products, the cannabis industry, and the Nevada market. He or she presents our brand and products to wholesale customers in an attractive and highly informative fashion that promotes a prompt sale. In addition, the Brand Sales Manager maintains an ongoing relationship with customers to encourage networking and repeat business.
 
The Brand Sales Manager ensures the wholesale department meets sales quotas through expert management and leadership of the sales team. He or she must forecast sales, maintain proper inventory levels, and motivate the team to achieve or exceed all sales goals. The Sales Manager monitors team member performance, resolves customer complaints, and helps with closings when necessary.
