Job Description:

Vantage Utility Services is an IBEW (International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers) union affiliated contractor that provides engineering and construction services to the Power, Wireless and Telecommunications private and public sector.

We are currently seeking a Receptionist - Who will provide clerical support to others in the office to maintain an efficient office environment.

Will be responsible for performing clerical tasks including but not limited to organizing files, drafting messages, scheduling appointments, data entry, and basic administrative responsibility.

Duties will include:

  • Answer general phone inquiries using a professional and courteous manner
  • Greet clients/suppliers/visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Sort incoming mail, faxes, and courier deliveries for distribution
  • Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mail, and courier parcels
  • Purchase, receive and store the office supplies ensuring that basic supplies are always available
  • Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
  • Maintain office filing and storage systems
  • Back-up electronic files using proper procedures
  • Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software to prepare reports, memos, and documents
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and other staff

Requirements: Must have at least one years experience and proficient in Word and Excel. Great Organizational skills, Ability to Multi-Task and Work Well under Pressure. Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
