Nederland Dispensary Seeks Part-Time Budtender/Store Manager
We are a small cannabis dispensary in Nederland serving recreational homegrown cannabis to customers ages 21+. We hold the values of integrity, honesty, sustainability, and community. We use no-spray practices in our garden, and our small batches of flowers are hand-trimmed and slow-cured on site. We’re now hiring to fill a part-time position in our dispensary storefront.
The position involves customer service responsibilities, compliance with laws and regulations, general oversight and maintenance of our store, and inventory maintenance duties like stocking shelves and diligently recording sales.
This position requires some weekend and holiday shifts. We’re offering one consistent 10-hour day/week or two 5-hour days/week, with an additional four to five scheduled shifts per month beyond your normal weekly schedule during the months of July, August, and September. This position starts at $13/hour and will at times require you to manage, open or close the store independently.

Summary
