Legislative Associate
 Overview : 
Weedmaps is looking for a dynamic full-time Legislative Associate to join our Government Relations team. Primary duties of this position include tracking legislative and regulatory activity in targeted states and local jurisdictions, working with Weedmaps’ Government Relations team to develop data and organize written products to support the company’s advocacy initiatives and conducting engagement with local officials and industry groups. Exceptional writing, data analysis and interpersonal skills are desired.
 Responsibilities : Assist Government Relations team with: <ul>
<li>The tracking of state and local legislation</li>
<li>Engaging with local officials, industry groups and business operators to advance sensible cannabis policy</li>
<li>Developing factsheets, whitepapers, public comment letters, and other written products</li>

Qualifications : <ul>

Legislative Associate, Government Relations

Position Overview: 
The Packager at Claywolf is responsible for the unitizing and organization into containers of all Claywolf, LLC product. This position either weighs, cuts and measures, seals and organizes or applies the wax stamp and finishing identification stickers to unitized extracted material. This position also requires basic data entry for tracking completed tasks as well as the ability to perform repetitive tasks with little error.

EXAMPLES OF DUTIES: (This may not include all duties assigned)
General Duties (Not Exhaustive of all Duties)

<li>Load materials and products into package processing equipment.</li>
<li>Clean containers, materials, supplies, or work areas, using cleaning solutions and hand tools.</li>
<li>Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records.</li>
<li>Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products to ensure that packing specifications are met.</li>
<li>Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.</li>
<li>Mark and label containers, container tags, or products, using marking tools.</li>
<li>Place or pour products or materials into containers, using hand tools and equipment,</li>
<li>Remove completed or defective products or materials, in specified waste area</li>
<li>Assemble, line, and pad containers, using hand tools.</li>
<li>Obtain, move, and sort products, materials, containers, and orders, using hand tools.</li>

BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION:

TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS: 
Work may require prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping and stretching. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer, telephone, calculator and other office equipment. Requires normal range of hearing. Requires close vision with the ability to see color and adjust focus. Lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly using smart lifting techniques.
TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS: 
Work is high energy, fast paced, and, due to the nature of the current regulatory landscape, is often highly stressful. Position requires regular availability to work at all hours, however your schedule will be set with enough time to plan accordingly. This position works day, swing and night shift hours as well as occasional weekends, holidays, and events.

Anresco (1943) is primarily a food testing laboratory focused on performing a wide range of analyses (chemistry, microbiology, GC, HPLC, and microscopy) on domestic and imported products. About the Job: 
We are looking to hire entry-level technicians for our Chromatography (HPLC/GC) and Microbiology departments. New hires would first be trained on sample prep and performing extractions of food/cannabis products. They would later be expected to learn the operation and maintenance of our many instruments (GC-FID, GC-MS, GCMSMS, LC-UV, LC-DAD, LCMSMS, PCR, Vidas, more).
Education/Experience Requirements: 
A BS in Chemistry, Microbiology, or an equivalent degree is required. Relevant experience in food chemistry or a commercial lab is a plus but not required.
Compensation: 
Pay would be negotiable based on qualifications, but for candidates with no experience, it would most likely start at $17/hr with review after three months.
