Nature’s Grace and Wellness, a medical cannabis cultivator, processor and manufacturer in Illinois is looking to expand its grow team. The applicant will be responsible for mixing nutrients, watering plants, pruning, cleaning, etc. This position is full time and will require working weekends and holidays. Growing healthy medical cannabis plants is a very rewarding job. However, it is not an easy task. Employees are working on concrete floors each and every day, moving around under hot lights, lifting heavy items, bending down to check plants, etc. If you don’t really want to work or you are looking for “just a job” this probably isn’t the position for you. However, if you are hardworking, work well with others, have a passion for plants and a love for helping people then this could be the job for you.
Required Experience, Education and Skills:
Two- year degree in horticulture or related field preferred.

Ability to bend, twist, kneel and lift up to 50 lbs.
Compensation based on experience. Paid vacation begins after 1 year of employment.
