Duties:
Trimming, bucking, sorting, cutting and hanging plants for drying, joint rolling, weighing, disposing of waste material, cleaning of tools and area. May be assigned other job duties in cultivation as necessary.

Job Summary: 
Serve as the Assistant Retail Operations Manager for Pure Dispensaries. The position is responsible for assisting in managing and directing retail operations, and for assisting in driving sales at the Dispensaries.

The Demand Planning Manager will be responsible for developing and executing inventory strategies to maximize customer experience, sales, and in-stock rates.



This includes the following initiatives:

Demand Forecast - Create time series data models that deliver accurate and reliable sales forecasts across our entire product assortment and dispensary network. Deliver actionable insights on sales impacts due to marketing campaigns, promotional pricing activity, menu availability, and seasonality curves. Provide inventory requirements around new dispensaries and product lines where there is no historical data to evaluate.</li>

Replenishment Policy - Manage the development of inventory replenishment policies that both ensure in-stock levels while maintaining optimal days of supply. Evaluate risks of menu gaps based on variable delivery lead times, manufacturing delays, and regulatory compliance roadblocks to develop mitigation plans.</li>
<li>

Allocation Strategy - Produce case packing recommendations to deliver rapid customer fulfillment by ensuring dispensary drivers carry optimal product selection and quantities.</li>
<li>

Assortment Curation - Collaborate with stakeholders to provide quantitative insights on brand and item level performance and recommend changes to assortment.</li>

Our ideal candidate has:

BA/BS degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or equivalent practical experience</li>

Demand Planning Manager

We are looking for a Senior Botanist to assist with indoor Hydroponic growing. Experience required. Working knowledge of Medicinal Cannabis growing and managing all aspects from seed to cultivation. Harvest Associates are responsible for defoliating plant material before harvest and transporting plants into the dry cure room.
The role of the Harvest Associate is to assist the Floriculture team in the preparation of the dry/cure phase of the flower. The Harvest Associate will be expected to perform a quality check with wet harvest and report any concerns to the Harvest Lead or Director of Cultivation. This position will require the removal of leaves and transporting plants from flower room to drying room efficiently all while ensuring the integrity of the plant is intact. Harvest Associates will assist cultivation by ensuring the quality of the final products is at its highest standard.
The Harvest Associate will follow all company policies and procedures and be responsible for ensuring flower room meets the Curio Wellness expectation with cleanliness and organization during and after harvest.
Other duties may include cleaning, labeling, packaging and other responsibilities that are assigned by management.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions**):
<ul>
<li>Harvest Associates are responsible for approaching each branch of the plant to ensure all fan leaves that restrict airflow to the flower are removed.</li>
<li>The Harvest Associates are responsible for the cutting down of the plant at the base of the pot after the de-fanning phase.</li>
<li>Responsible for organizing the plants by strain and room, labeling the stain after harvest and ensuring the Metric tag of the plant is intact with the plant after being hung.</li>
<li>Harvest Associate will assist with transporting the plants from the flower room to Dry Cure rooms they are assigned to.</li>
<li>Training will be provided by the Harvest Lead</li>
</ul>
Supervision Received: 
<ul><li>Harvest Associate will report directly to the Director of Cultivation.</li></ul>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with the Harvest Lead with any changes that will improve efficiencies and work flow.</li>
<li>Harvest Associate will receive on-going training and support to ensure job requirements and expectations are fulfilled.</li>
