- Promotes sales and service culture while supporting company needs.
- Responsible for selling GRAV products to approved business partners.
- Encourage product sell-through according to current inventory levels
- Use relationship sales techniques, employing the discovery sales funnel, handling objections, and uncovering business pain points.
- Employ cross-selling, upselling, and new product adoption techniques to ensure brand relevance to businesses
- Ensure company's philosophy, mission, and vision are understood business partners, and that our image and position are consistent to internal and external constituents.
- Enforce Wholesale MAP and WS pricing policies
- Account Management through continual communication, notation in Netsuite, education about our products and processes.
- Follow a daily work schedule (37+ hours per week) and participate in weekly meetings about the progress of outlined goals
- Utilize and introduce customers to online wholesale ordering function.
- Become a product and industry expert, constantly learning about your customers, cannabis regulations, and our competitors
- Supply management with information regarding customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Participate in trade shows and industry events in affiliation with GRAV
