This person provides security and safety to customers and employees. In order to adequately protect people and property, security guards must know and enforce rules and regulations to prevent criminal activity before it happens. They may monitor points of access in a building or property to allow entry only to individuals with the correct identification or authorization. They walk amongst visitors to promote order and provide a visible presence that deters safety issues.

Essential Duties
 
Security
 <ul>

Patrol industrial and commercial premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates. Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property regularly; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry</li>

Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures.</li>
<li>
Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.</li>

Circulate among visitors, patrons, and employees to preserve order and protect property.</li>

Warn persons of rule infractions or violations, and evict violators from premises.</li>

Guard courier vehicles after arrival and delivery of product and valuables to prevent theft and ensure safe delivery.</li>

Job Qualifications
 
Work Experience
 <ul><li>
A minimum of 2 years’ security, safety, or related experience.
</li></ul>
<ul>
<li>Experience working in a fast-paced retail, production environment with diverse clientele preferred.
</li>
<li>Demonstrated safety, security, risk management, and client service capabilities.</li>
<li>
Must be able to secure appropriate work credentials from the Colorado Department of Labor Marijuana Enforcement Division.</li>

Must pass a criminal Background check.</li>
<li>
Must have clean background with no felonies.</li>

Dispensary Manager for New Recreational Dispensary in Trinidad CO
POSITION SUMMARY The Dispensary Manager is responsible for managing all day-to-day operations of the dispensary in accordance with the State of Colorado MED and standards set by company.
The Dispensary Manager provides support to all staff, vendors and customers which include:
Scheduling, training, policy and procedure updates, customer service, running sales and ads, inventory tracking and compliance, the ordering and receiving of all inventory and products, arranging deliveries, compliance and cleanliness.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS: 2 years of experience in a retail position with managerial responsibilities, preferably in the marijuana industry, thorough understanding of state and local marijuana laws and how they apply to the operations of company, excellent communication skills and attention to detail, effective time management and the ability to multitask, ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment, proficiency in Windows based software and the point of sale applications.
CORE JOB DUTIES Responsible for managing dispensary staff, schedules, inventory and vendor/customer relations; - Serves as a role model and resource for dispensary staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news and changes in regulations; - Responds to all questions, concerns or suggestions and takes action when necessary to resolve conflicts; - Responsible for delegating tasks in order to maintain a compliant and clean facility; and - Coordinates with the upper management to ensure accurate information is communicated to dispensary staff. Customer Service: - Provides superior customer service for vendors and customers. Responds to all patient/customer complaints, requests, concerns, suggestions and takes action when necessary to resolve conflicts; and - Oversees orders and deliveries to ensure accurate order information and timeliness of deliveries. Reports, Documentation and Profitability: - Maintain accurate records of all dispensary activities including daily cash reconciliations, sales, deliveries and returns in accordance with the State of Colorado and the standards set by company; - Maintain inventory control system and perform daily counts of all marijuana and marijuana products in the facility; - Provide regular inventory, sales and profitability reports to the Management Team.

Dispensary Manager

Manage and lead contract grower relationships while collaboratively engaging with all CF departments to maximize communication and efficiency within and external to the company. Source company-owned and contract production site leads and convert into completed projects that meet CF production flow, financial, and biosecurity needs. Focus on meeting mid and long-term pig space needs to ensure the success of the entire production system. Reinforce and enhance CF's positive reputation within the swine industry and within the communities that CF conducts business.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

Grower Relations / New Business Development / Strategic

Originate and conclude sufficient leads and/or objectives to meet annual company space needs</li>

Lead contract renewals ensuring each site is in compliance with current space standards.</li>

Contribute to the development and refinement of CF's competitive advantage in the market including innovative contract grower compensation arrangements</li>

Assist in the design, enhancement and diversification of Christensen Farms methods and approaches for procuring production sites</li>

Actively participate as a member of Business Development Team providing leadership and guidance to production service managers and contract administration team.</li>

Education, Training and Experience Requirements:

Minimum formal education required: BS or BA degree with an agriculture-based major is preferred

Experience:

5+ years of progressive and varied business management, sales, contract negotiation, real estate, finance, agronomy and/or marketing experience.</li>
<li>
Solid negotiating skill and knowledge to interact effectively with facility owners, 3rd party service providers and government agency representatives.</li>

Knowledge of and/or experience in swine production is preferred</li>
<li>
Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, and demonstrate adequate computer skills to communicate effectively.</li>
