Sr. Compliance Associate C/M

Job Description We are seeking a hands-on Operations Manager with strong management, and production experience preferably in the pharmaceutical, food, beverage, or cannabis industries to startup and manage our FL operations. The Operations Manager will lead and drive all aspects of PharmaCann’s facility’s cultivation and processing of cannabis into patient safe, high quality, and effective medicinal cannabis oils and other related products for ingestion, inhalation, or topical application by registered patients.

Responsibilities include:

Job Description The Delivery &amp; Dispensary Representative is responsible for delivering products to our patients safely and acts as a remote Patient Care Representative for our patients. The Delivery &amp; Dispensary Representative will provide outstanding customer service and be a source of knowledge for our patients regarding products, delivery services and general customer service. The main responsibilities for this role include:

The Project Accountant for Brand Management is fully responsible for tracking brand project profit and loss and royalty payment to Brand owners, including validating the bill of material, cost of raw material, labor cost, and other overhead expenses that are billable to the Brand. Dispensary Manager

Manage and lead contract grower relationships while collaboratively engaging with all CF departments to maximize communication and efficiency within and external to the company. Source company-owned and contract production site leads and convert into completed projects that meet CF production flow, financial, and biosecurity needs. Focus on meeting mid and long-term pig space needs to ensure the success of the entire production system. Reinforce and enhance CF's positive reputation within the swine industry and within the communities that CF conducts business.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

Grower Relations / New Business Development / Strategic

Summary

The Manufacturing Trainer is responsible for supporting operations through training and hands-on instruction for a variety of manufacturing procedures at TGS. Additionally, the Manufacturing Trainer coordinates with department managers, leads and the Legal Team to facilitate training and ensure compliance with all state regulations and company policies. The Manufacturing Trainer reports to the Director, Manufacturing and partners with VP of Human Resources.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities

<li>Coordinate with Operations Managers, team members, stakeholders, and franchisees to develop, implement, and facilitate manufacturing training program.</li>
<li>Work with the Legal Team to ensure that all compliance requirements are included in training materials and that training documentation meets internal compliance standards.</li>
