The Facilities &amp; Maintenance Supervisor reports to the Maintenance &amp; Engineering Manager and is tasked with assisting the Maintenance &amp; Engineering Manager in achieving established Maintenance Department goals, safety, environmental, quality, and financial goals on a facility-wide-basis. This position is responsible for ensuring that company goals are achieved, and discipline is maintained with a targeted emphasis on continuous improvement. Provides support to the department’s staff, maintaining departmental structure and documentation. Will also include some formalized training for employees within the department. The Maintenance Supervisor will be required to follow guidance from the Maintenance &amp; Engineering Manager, and be a hands-on, self-starter with the ability to motivate and provide leadership to the employees within the Maintenance Department. Facilities and Maintenance Supervisor (Cannabis Manufacturing)

Job Description Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Production Planner/ERP Support is responsible for organizing and planning for company production according to forecasted demand, manufacturing material lead time, testing release dates, capacity at each stage of the production process, and quality standards. This role ensures the smooth and cost-efficient flow of company production through effective management, configuration, analysis and reporting from ERP. This role will lead implementation of process changes, system enhancements, proactively analyzing business needs, executing short, mid, and long-term plans to meet business objectives, and building key internal and/or external customer relationships. The Production Planner/ERP Support is also the liaison between manufacturing and the corporate ERP team.

Duties and Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Plan and implement production schedules for manufacturing of the product lines.</li>
<li>Work closely with department supervisors of the plant, corporate Center of Excellence, and Purchasing to plan, implement, monitor and achieve scheduled production. Release and implement production schedules to assigned plant areas, and monitor scheduled production for adherence to plan. Coordinate and organize purchase orders when necessary.</li>
<li>Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand and necessary safety stock.</li>
<li>Measure performance of all critical factors to ensure compliance to production plan including publishing of KPI’s.</li>
<li>Plan and prioritize operations and distribution to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.</li>
<li>Investigate and resolve problem situations affecting scheduled production. Taking the necessary action. Conduct monthly production risk analysis and action plan.</li>
<li>Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives, etc.). Update, keep, and share records and information.</li>
<li>Collaborating with internal business leaders to capture requirements, perform fit-gap analyses, and creating functional and technical specifications for ERP configuration and enhancements.</li>
<li>Identify and resolve system and process issues.</li>
<li>Identify gaps and provide training on system/processes to alleviate unnecessary ERP issue reporting.</li>
<li>Conduct the monthly SLA review meetings with the service and support provider. Hold service/supply providers accountable for providing service that meets/exceeds existing metrics.</li>
<li>Participates in system emergency or crisis situations to define/implement workaround processes, corrective action, communication, and system clean-up activities.</li>
<li>Participates and/or coordinates required testing/validation of system enhancements and fixes, creating and/or executing the test cases including problem determination and resolution.</li>
<li>Own the analysis of the ERP data.</li>
<li>Ensure Patient/Customer data is never transferred outside of the system and the correct policies are in place, liaise with vendors to support this requirement.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.</li>

 Qualifications <ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in business or other related discipline is required. Equivalent experience will be considered.</li>
<li>Minimum of five years’ of proven experience as production planner is mandatory. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing practices is a plus.</li>
<li>Complete understanding and application of ERP principles, concepts, practices and standards with a minimum of three years’ experience in ERP support is required. Experience with Dynamics NAV is a plus.</li>

Production Planner / ERP Support

Cultivate, and assist the daily agriculture operation of the company's production facility to include the propagation, vegetative, flowering, and harvesting processes, trimming practices, trim/flower weight reporting, trim/flower packaging operations, as well as regulatory compliance. Shift follows and implements a conscientious healthcare management model, striving to operate under the highest standards of patient care and professionalism. The Cultivator reports to Cultivation Manager and will be responsible for keeping the Cultivation Manager apprised of plant health, trends, and overall issues and status of the production facility.
 Propagate, record, and maintain cannabis plants in accordance with company procedures and state regulations. Feed cannabis plants in compliance with company procedures and state regulations for nutrient practices. Daily inspection of plants for molds/ fungus, Dispose of or treat plants in accordance with company procedures. Record and label plants with state regulated seed to sale tracking software guidelines. Transfer cannabis plants between growth areas in a safe and sanitary manner.Mix and apply nutrients with acceptable practice standards in line with company procedures and state requirements. Cure, dry, and store, label all finished cannabis products. Prune plants in line with company procedures. Responsible for pest control and proper application of any pesticides in line with company procedures and state regulations.Maintain an acceptable level of personal hygiene.

SUMMARY 
Trains, mentors and oversees the QA/QC Specialists I and II. Assist with tasks related to quality and safety of finished products, excipients, packaging materials, ingredients, and processing methods. Ensure Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and product safety practices are followed. 
BASIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

QA/QC Specialist l (Cannabis Manufacturing)

Summary
 Responsible for packaging concentrates from a whole mass production state to a compliant, branded, ready for purchase state. Responsible for parsing out weight, applying various stickers, attaching test results insuring all around quality, heat sealing, and cleaning and polishing of different PurePenn SKUs. The individual will aid in maintaining correct storage, labeling, and inventory management of all finished product. They must be able to fulfill all packaging duties in a timely, clean, and safe practice. They will work under supervision of the Inventory Manager and in close areas with other packagers.
 Responsibilities: <ul>
<li>Required to work with scientific scales, and must follow proper calibration requirement at the beginning of each day to ensure accuracy.</li>
<li>Expected to package, shatter, badder, and fill vapor cartridges in a timely manner while reducing waste.</li>
<li>Ability to stay focused for long periods of time on a single task.</li>
<li>Must always be monitoring and checking product for flaws, contamination, sugaring, discoloration, anything out of the ordinary.</li>

Monitors and maintains records of materials in inventory. Reconciles discrepancies in inventory and notifies supervisor or irregularities. Ensures that data is properly entered and maintained in ERP &amp; Metrc to comply with all state regulations. Enters and audits data in company software to ensure compliance with company procedures. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :include the following:

Administrative Assistant - Product Management

Job Overview:
The Purchasing Admin will be successful by communicating with vendors to gather and verify all necessary documents prior to the vendors delivery. They will see the orders through from the time it was submitted by a purchaser until the order has been received and paid for. They will be the vendors main point of contact after the order has been submitted.
This role will also encompass building both stores menus, reviewing them with the Purchasing Managers, and completing as much of the menu building process remotely as possible. This role will complete weekly inventory reports for both locations, analyze them, and send out their findings to the team to keep them informed. This role will also look to improve upon our current data tracking and analyzing systems for better efficiency and greater insights to sales trends.
Duties &amp; Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Ensuring proper documents have been verified prior to receiving a delivery.</li>
<li>Communicating with the vendors from after order submission up until the orders have arrived and been paid for.</li>
<li>Communicating with the Purchasing Dept. to keep them informed of any and all changes on orders and deliveries.</li>
<li>Gain an understanding of how to operate within Asana and ensure sliders and categories are being adjusted correctly.</li>
<li>Building Menus for both locations based on recent sales data.</li>
<li>Reviewing menus for accuracy with Trevor; or Ryan if Trevor is not available.</li>
<li>Remotely executing applicable menu building tasks (cheat sheets, filling out Menu Roll Out Document, Price Audits, etc.)</li>
<li>Executing weekly inventory reports for both locations.</li>
<li>Will look to improve upon any and all applicable processes to increase efficiency and reduce time needed to complete those tasks (better tracking for reports, automate the menu builder fully, etc.)</li>
