INDO EXPO is the Premier Cannabis Business-to-Business Trade Show. With annual shows in Denver, Portland, and California, over 350 exhibitors, and 5000+ attendees, INDO EXPO is the hottest Show in the industry! We are growing, and we are looking for Brand Ambassadors to grow with us!
BA’s will promote the show in the field to raise awareness through all relevant channels, including social media. INDO EXPO’s target audiences are growers, producers, processors, retail shops (dispensaries, hydro shops, garden centers, glass shops, etc.), and ancillary businesses. You will interface with the cannabis industry to assist in recruiting pre-qualified buyers/attendees with real decision-making power.
This “Street Team” of BA's reaches out personally by calling and/or visiting businesses and farms to register trade and industry professionals to this premium event. The Street Team program creates a stronger connection between an attendee and the Show, and that’s exactly what we want!
Responsibilities and Duties:
<ul>
<li>Build strong, long-term relationships with industry professionals, businesses and farms.</li>
<li>Assist registration and attendee acquisition.</li>
<li>Attend all cannabis business events in their territory, network, and be the face for Indo Expo in the community.</li>
<li>Deliver promotional materials (i.e. “All Access Card, Posters, Postcards, etc.) to businesses/farms and educate about proper use, registration, and deadlines.</li>
<li>Develop new marketing content by optimizing social media opportunities while in the field.</li>
<li>Understand and be able to explain what makes Indo Expo unique: All Industry Pros get complimentary access if registration form is completed by deadline.</li>
<li>Call businesses/farms in your territory to register people over the phone.</li>
<li>Be available to work the weekend of the Show as support staff. (Bay Area based personnel only)</li>
<li>Generate and process new leads while recruiting in your territory.</li>
<li>Keep organized and up to date records on outreach and promotion efforts.</li>
<li>Be efficient with time management and itinerary planning.</li>
<li>Be able to get past gatekeepers at new stores/leads.</li>

Sales Representative (Cannabis Industry)

Position Description: 
The Assistant Dispensary Manager ensures that dispensary operations are in compliance with Florida’s Medical Use of Marijuana Program and internally approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
The Assistant Dispensary Manager collaborates with the Dispensary Manager and leadership team to develop, document and implement practices, policies, and strategies that support a performance and results-driven culture.
The Assistant Dispensary Manager is an exempt level position and reports to the Dispensary Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Maintains highest level of presentation, customer service, and compassion in all patient interactions.</li>
<li>Assists in managing the dispensary department in a manner that supports the organization’s mission as defined by the Director of Retail.</li>
<li>Provide leadership to ensure that all dispensary operations such as admissions, patient consulting, product dispensing, cash management, inventory management, inventory auditing, outreach, marketing and ordering are functioning with integrity and in the most cost-efficient, compassionate and compliant manner.</li>
<li>Responsible for ensuring vigilance, adherence and departmental compliance with the Medical Use of Marijuana Program and HIPAA regulations, including but not limited to confidentiality, training, patient record keeping, submissions of reports, preparation of policies and procedures, and acting as a departmental contact person for regulators and law enforcement personnel.</li>
<li>Assists in reviewing, maintaining and updating all departmental SOP’s, ensuring that updates to SOP’s are communicated to employees, and ensuring that the most recent SOP versions are available 24/7 for planned and unplanned audits by regulators and organization management.</li>
<li>Assists in training, supervising and evaluating all departmental employees to assure compliance with departmental SOP’s.</li>

To supervise, manage or participate in all aspects of growing high quality plug and liner products on time, at a reasonable cost and of the required quality specification as communicated by the customer.

Tasks/PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Report, and follow up on, any maintenance issues regarding water handling systems to the Operations Manager or Mechanic for repair.</li>
<li>Review and submit requests for tools, parts or other materials needed for irrigation systems to the Head Grower for review.</li>

<li>Direct the proper selection, rate, frequency and application of liquid fertilizers to ensure high quality plants are produced without wasting resources.</li>
<li>Supervise the proper calibration and maintenance of injection systems.</li>
<li>Randomly test fertilizer outputs from injection systems to ensure proper calibration and rates are being achieved.</li>
<li>Review and submit requests to the Head Grower for fertilizer products to be purchased.</li>

Pest Management:
</li>

<li>Maintain pest levels at or below an acceptable level to avoid loss of sales or customer dissatisfaction.</li>
<li>Direct the proper selection, rate, frequency and application of all pesticides throughout the farm to ensure high quality plants are produced without wasting resources.</li>
<li>Assist with actual applications in emergency situations such as; holidays, labor shortages, etc.</li>
<li>Scout all active growing areas weekly to quickly identify any pest problems. Report all pest problems to the farm’s Head Grower immediately.</li>
<li>Maintain a financially sound Integrated Pest Management (IPM) system to avoid losses from pests.</li>
<li>Acquire, within ninety days of hire, and maintain, a valid pesticide applicators certification or license from the state where the farm is physically located.</li>
<li>Ensure that the farm is compliant with the “Worker Protection Standards Act” of 1992 to include the instruction of new employees in regard to pesticide safety, growing department personnel with regard to pesticide safety as well as loading, handling and application of pesticides, and the re-certification annually of all existing employees with regard to pesticide safety.</li>
<li>Maintain the Costa Farms Sprayer Module and record keeping system and ensure that work orders are completed in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Report, and follow up on, any maintenance issues regarding pesticide application systems to the Operations Manager or Mechanic for repair.</li>
<li>Review and submit requests to the Head Grower for pesticide products, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) or spraying supplies to be purchased.</li>
</ul>
<li>Plant Growth Regulator (PGR) Management:</li>
<ul>
<li>Direct the application of Plant Growth Regulators to various crops to ensure a high quality, saleable product that meets customer expectations without wasting resources.</li>
<li>Assist with actual applications in emergency situations such as; holidays, labor shortages, etc.</li>
<li>Conduct trials to determine the best rates, intervals and PGR chemicals to be used on various products.</li>
<li>Supervise the calibration of equipment to ensure that proper rates are being applied to the crops.</li>
<li>Supervise and assist with the gathering of information, data entry and PGR recommendations on crops that require graphical tracking.</li>
</ul>

<li>Environmental Management:</li>
<ul>
<li>Oversee the programming and/or set-points of all greenhouse environmental control systems to maintain the most efficient growing environment possible without compromising crop timing or quality.</li>
<li>Oversee the programming, use and maintenance of any supplemental or photoperiod lighting systems.</li>
<li>Report and follow up on, any defective environmental equipment or structural problems (deflated hoops, holes in walls, vents not sealing properly, etc.) to the Operations Manager and Mechanic for repair.</li>

<li>Miscellaneous Requirements:</li>

<li>Provide information to the Farm Manager/Head Grower regarding grow times, variety selections, potting media and growing program changes to be incorporated into Costa production systems.</li>
<li>Acquire additional information and knowledge from industry experts, consultants and representatives to continually improve quality and reduce losses or shrink.</li>
<li>Set-up, record the results of and coordinate the production of trials of alternate genetics, new products, pesticides and plant growth regulators or other chemicals to improve efficiency, profitability, product mix or consistency of products.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the Operations Manager or Field Labor Manager to facilitate spreading, pinching, weeding, grooming, moving or any other operation required.</li>

Cannabis producer seeks hard-working, reliable, passionate and positive individuals to be part of our team for seasonal / part-time harvest / trimming.
Job Type: Temporary / Seasonal / Full-Time
Job Description: Current seasonal part-time trimmers are getting 35-40 hours a week. We are open 7 days a week, so you must be able to work some weekend shifts. We choose our full-time staff from our seasonal employees and promote from within so this is a great opportunity for you to get your foot in the door in this rapidly growing field. Everyone starts at $12 an hour with an opportunity to earn a raise at the end of a 90-day probationary period.
Minimum requirements: 
- Trimming experience (accuracy and consistency)
- Ability to accurately weigh and measure
- Punctuality (must be on time, every time)
- Must be able to sustain energy in both indoor and outdoor conditions
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
- Work well with others
- Knowledge of cannabis products (CBD, THC, Terpenes, etc…). Most important is a
willingness to learn, good attitude, hard work ethics, and honesty
- Must be at least 21 Years old
- Must pass a background and criminal record check
- Must have reliable transportation and be on-time to work
- Must have a clean Washington State driving record, driver's license, and current
insurance.
