About the Job:

Plant Breeder

Position Overview
The Processing Manager oversees the production and facility maintenance of all equipment, extraction processes, decarboxylation, winterization and packaging for all oil, concentrates and infused products. Responsible for day-to-day operations related to post-processing refinements of oil &amp; concentrates. Duties performed include compliance, quality control, cost, and safety oversight for the processing facility and staff. The Processing Manager is also in charge of equipment and supply procurement, and maintaining vendor relationships. This position also communicates with the Sales and Marketing Department of IGM to plan for products.
Job Functions

<li>Ensure compliance with Manuals and Standard Operating Procedures, as well as all relative Illinois state laws and rules.</li>

POSITION SUMMARY
The Human Resources (HR) and Payroll Coordinator will undertake a variety of administrative duties. In this role you will be responsible for the administration and management of employee HR and payroll related activities in accordance with all state and federal laws and standards set by the Company. We are seeking highly motivated residential drop bury technicians to perform cable television, drop bury installations.

Responsibilities include:

<ul>
<li>Provides the subscriber with the best service and promotes a good relationship between the subscriber and the local cable company. Must convey a positive and professional appearance and demeanor when communicating the company’s products and services to the subscriber</li>
<li>Verify all locates are completed before any task to be performed.</li>
<li>To install new service cable drops, replace existing cable drop, trouble shoot, diagnose service issue.</li>
<li>Hand Burial or machine trenching to length up to 350 feet.</li>
<li>To work with a 700lb drop bury machine. To complete side walk and driveway bores, to include use of boring attachment.</li>
<li>Re-connection of existing underground drop from tap to ground block.</li>
<li>Drops are repaired, replaced, or re-route as necessary. Permanent underground drop replacement with new RG-11 flooded drop cable when required.</li>

The Cultivation/Manufacturing Training Manager is responsible for leading training and development of the organization's Cultivation and Manufacturing employees. This position assesses developmental needs to drive training initiatives for Cultivation and Manufacturing regarding Human Resources, Operations, Compliance, Safety, Security, Quality Assurance, and MedMen Policies. Cultivation/Manufacturing Training Manager identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for employees including dates and logistics for all initiatives.
