Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (include but are not limited to)

<li> Must have 3-5 years of experience in underground dry utilities</li>
<li> Supervise the lay out, assembly, and installation of duct and vault systems in Southern California for both private and public customers (prevailing wage and standard wage).</li>
<li> Ability to read and understand blueprints and project specifications with project superintendent to plan construction sequencing.</li>

<li> Utilize heavy equipment and trucking to excavate, install, and complete projects. Ability to operate backhoes, loaders, excavators, asphalt rollers, and other heavy equipment with both CAT and DEERE controls</li>

Summary/Objective
 
Responsible for developing and managing a world-class Cannabis breeding program at MedMen to obtain successful cultivars with desirable traits in collaboration with other scientific and agronomy functions. This position will provide leadership, strategic vision and operational excellence in trait based Cannabis breeding technologies in advancement of company’s goals. Foundational knowledge of plant breeding and genetics and demonstrated experience in trait based cultivar development are essential.This position will supervise the work of Plant Breeding and Molecular Genetics staff and will be responsible for the program’s budget.

We are currently hiring a Grower Relations Representative who is responsible for locating and sourcing grapes for wine programs by building/maintaining relationships with growers and monitoring all aspects of grape production. Advises growers on production methods, ensures quality control.
 What You Will Do: 
Functions as a liaison between winery and growers, educating/advising them on market conditions, quality standards and viticulture practices.
 
Develops and maintains vineyard records on cultural practices, yields and grape quality.
 
Monitors all aspects of crop development and forecasts crop tonnages.
 
Schedules the delivery of grapes from the field to winery.
 
Negotiates most grower contract terms.

A Master’s degree in AG Policy, AgriBusiness, Plant science, Biology or Ag Science plus agriculture experience OR Bachelor's degree in AG Policy, AgriBusiness, Plant science, Biology, Enology, Viticulture or Ag Science plus 2 years of agriculture or winemaking experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility OR 6 years of agriculture or winemaking experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.

Education/Experience Requirements: 
A BS in Chemistry or an equivalent degree is required. Relevant experience in food chemistry or a commercial lab is a plus but not required.
Compensation: 
Pay would be negotiable based on qualifications, but for candidates with no experience, it would most likely start at $17/hr with review after three months.

Laboratory Technician

The Lab Technician will analyze sample prep and performing extractions of cannabis products, operation, and maintenance of analytical, purification and extraction instruments and report findings to lab manager. The goal is to optimize lab procedures and succeed in producing reliable and important results that can be used.
Preferred Experience
We are a "Crude" oil manufacturer. Experience in high volume crude production, removing pesticides from crude oil, and winterizing crude oil.
Essential Functions

<li>Organize and store all product and gasses according to safety and company standards.</li>
