We’re presently recruiting applicants 21 years or older for Full Time Sales Floor Lead:
To be responsible for ensuring that associates provide exceptional customer service and education to our clientele while promoting a work environment that is positive, service oriented and compliant with established policies, procedures and applicable laws/regulations/ordinances.
Ideal Candidate must have a High School diploma or G.E.D. with:
2 years of retail or customer service experience
1 year of retail management
6 months of Cannabis Retail experience
Knowledge of cannabis and its various uses
Knowledge of applicable regulations and ability to familiarize oneself with applicable Tribal Ordinances/Regulations
Skills in Point of Sale systems and cash management
The ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with staff, customers and vendors
The ability to exercise independent judgment
Outstanding customer relations skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate skills in Excel and Outlook
