The Lab Technician will analyze sample prep and performing extractions of cannabis products, operation, and maintenance of analytical, purification and extraction instruments and report findings to lab manager. The goal is to optimize lab procedures and succeed in producing reliable and important results that can be used.
Preferred Experience
We are a "Crude" oil manufacturer. Experience in high volume crude production, removing pesticides from crude oil, and winterizing crude oil.

Job Description The Human Resources Manager develops and maintains strong relationships with managers and employees across the company. Develops a strong partnership with the President, East Coast Market to drive regional strategy. Provides support to internal customers in areas of recruiting, benefits, employee relations, employee engagement, compensation, performance management, leave management, training and development, and onboarding.

Responsible for the day-to-day HR support and serves as the HR subject matter expert to all employees

Works with employees and leaders to drive the overall goals of the company.

Develops processes and policy to build a scalable infrustructure.

Reviews existing policies and procedures and initiates changes as necessary to ensure compliance with state and federal laws, corporate policies, and business objectives; Effectively communicates policies and change initiatives

Works with leaders to effectively source, assess and hire candidates. Oversees diversity initiatives and reporting.

Uses sound judgment to provide effective performance management guidance in the areas of coaching, counseling, career development, corrective actions

Creates, coordinates, and conducts live and virtual management training for various topics including performance management, diversity, harassment, and talent management

Organizes and conducts new employee orientation: creates a positive first experience of the company

Participates in organization-wide projects and champions organizational engagement and execution

Acts as an advisor and provides technical HR expertise and analytical support to the management team regarding the application of employment laws and corporate policies when addressing specific business issues.
 Qualifications At least seven years of progressive and HR generalist experience; proven ability to partner with a senior leader to drive organizational iniatives.

Ability to plan and execute programs and projects, and manage day-to-day HR responsibilities

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization

Working knowledge of state and federal employment laws

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Job Description The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for developing and delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout PharmaCann, LLC and increasing PharmaCann’s visibility and reputation as an employer of choice in our locations in Illinois and New York. The Recruiter will achieve success by interfacing with employees and hiring managers to understand and define recruiting needs for all technical and non-technical positions, by developing recruiting strategies, identifying recruiting channels, both traditional and innovative, and sourcing the best possible talent for open positions.

The Recruiter will also be responsible for working with the management team to develop practices for successful onboarding of new employees and creating highly satisfied employees.

Performance against KPIs, such as time to hire, recruiting cost per employee, and employee/manager satisfaction ratings after hire, will be the key measures of success for this position.

Essential Functions
<ul>
<li>Develop and implement strategies for identifying and attracting top talent to the PharmaCann team;</li>
<li>Identify and develop recruiting channels appropriate for differing positions, levels of experience, etc. with an emphasis on reaching passive candidates;</li>
<li>Maintain an active pipeline of candidates to minimize hiring time;</li>
<li>Interact with hiring managers to understand hiring projections, key qualifications for positions (including desired behavioral traits), draft job descriptions, design interview questions, and select and schedule interview panels;</li>
<li>Perform key functions in the recruiting process including initial screening interviews, background and reference checking, communicating with candidates, and extending and negotiating employment offers;</li>
<li>Implement interviewing process to include competency-based interviewing process.</li>
<li>Establish standardized onboarding practices for all new employees and ensure the smooth and successful onboarding of all new employees.</li>
<li>Build relationships with local Colleges and Universities.</li>
<li>Attend career fairs and networking events.</li>
<li>Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.</li>

 Qualifications <ul>
<li>Bachelor in Business Administration or equivalent degree/experience. Emphasis in human resource management, organizational management, etc. highly desirable.</li>
<li>3+ year’s recruiting experience across a wide range of disciplines in a high growth environment.</li>
<li>Experience with behavioral and competency based interviewing techniques a plus.</li>

Job Description The Cultivation Technicians are responsible for assisting with all aspects of the company's cultivation operation from seedling to harvest. Essential functions:

<li>Supports the Director of Cultivation in various ways such as planting, trimming, watering and pruning plants.</li>

About the Job: 
We are looking to hire an analyst to work in our Chemistry department, specifically to perform heavy metals analysis of food and cannabis samples via ICP-MS. In time the analyst would also be expected to learn various other analyses performed in the section: nutritional assays, heavy metals via AA, allergen testing, and more.
Education/Experience Requirements: 
A BS in Chemistry or an equivalent degree is required. Relevant experience in food chemistry and specifically with ICP-MS is a plus, but not required.

Pay would be negotiable based on qualifications.
