 Responsibilities: <ul>
<li>Learning all of the SOP’s to execute the grinding and decarboxylation of all plant materials in laboratory.</li>
<li>Preparing equipment and parts for Grinding Department</li>
<li>Cleaning and maintenance of grinding equipment.</li>
<li>Maintaining strict records of all materials in the Grinding Department.</li>
<li>Operating, maintaining, and making adjustments and repairs to grinding equipment as needed.</li>
<li>Maintaining inventory records of supplies, materials, and equipment, and preparing requisitions as needed.</li>
<li>Storing supplies and equipment, disposal of waste according to guidelines, and keeping grinding department working areas immaculate.</li>

<li>Performs 2qty Decarboxylation and 100 lbs of grinding per day.</li>

The Recruiter will achieve success by interfacing with employees and hiring managers to understand and define recruiting needs for all technical and non-technical positions, by developing recruiting strategies, identifying recruiting channels, both traditional and innovative, and sourcing the best possible talent for open positions.

The Recruiter will also be responsible for working with the management team to develop practices for successful onboarding of new employees and creating highly satisfied employees.

Performance against KPIs, such as time to hire, recruiting cost per employee, and employee/manager satisfaction ratings after hire, will be the key measures of success for this position.

We are currently hiring a Grower Relations Representative who is responsible for locating and sourcing grapes for wine programs by building/maintaining relationships with growers and monitoring all aspects of grape production. Advises growers on production methods, ensures quality control.
 What You Will Do: 
Functions as a liaison between winery and growers, educating/advising them on market conditions, quality standards and viticulture practices.
 
Develops and maintains vineyard records on cultural practices, yields and grape quality.
 
Monitors all aspects of crop development and forecasts crop tonnages.
 
Schedules the delivery of grapes from the field to winery.
 
Negotiates most grower contract terms.
 
With guidance, initiates, implements and manages short and long term projects.
 
Provides cost savings and avoidance input for project requests.
 
Participates in pricing strategy.
 
Ensures application of policies and procedures; makes recommendations for change, and implements approved changes.
 
Supports the establishing and controlling of budgets.
 
Oversees the performance of growers and monitors their application of procedure; reports issues to Senior Grower Relations Rep or Grower Relations Area Manager.
