The Role

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to ensure smooth building operations. You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and well-functioning. As a qualified candidate you will have knowledge and experience in maintaining, inspecting and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems to ensure optimal operations.

Responsibilities

Routine Maintenance of all Holyoke equipment</li>
<li>
Establish a project management schedule for equipment within the facility</li>
<li>
Conduct annual inspections of critical equipment</li>
<li>
Schedule inspections for generator, ATS, Fire Life Systems &amp; Fire Sprinkler Systems, RPZ, and gates</li>
<li>
Establish emergency response protocol with key service contractors</li>
<li>
Be the lead responder for critical equipment malfunctions</li>
<li>
Develop &amp; manage relationships &amp; agreements between GTI and contract service providers</li>
<li>
Oversee contractors for new construction.</li>
<li>
Establish a maintenance &amp; fabrication shop</li>
<li>
Develop service logs to monitor equipment condition</li>
<li>
Establish an in-house inventory of critical components to avoid production delays</li>
<li>
Evaluate if work can be conducted internally or requires contracted services</li>
<li>
Support the various departments within the building by executing work orders.</li>
<li>
Assess and recommend maintenance needs as the business grows</li>

Job Responsibilities

Job Description The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for developing and delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout PharmaCann, LLC and increasing PharmaCann’s visibility and reputation as an employer of choice in our locations in Illinois and New York. The Recruiter will achieve success by interfacing with employees and hiring managers to understand and define recruiting needs for all technical and non-technical positions, by developing recruiting strategies, identifying recruiting channels, both traditional and innovative, and sourcing the best possible talent for open positions.

The Recruiter will also be responsible for working with the management team to develop practices for successful onboarding of new employees and creating highly satisfied employees.

Performance against KPIs, such as time to hire, recruiting cost per employee, and employee/manager satisfaction ratings after hire, will be the key measures of success for this position.

Essential Functions
