About Anresco:
Anresco (1943) is primarily a food testing laboratory focused on performing a wide range of analyses (chemistry, microbiology, GC, HPLC, and microscopy) on domestic and imported products. We also perform testing of cannabis products to determine potency and ensure product safety. We are ISO 17025 accredited, meet FDA standards for import testing, and are licensed by the CA Bureau of Cannabis Control to perform cannabis testing. About the Job:
We are looking to hire entry-level technicians for our Chromatography (HPLC/GC) departments. New hires would first be trained on sample prep and performing extractions of food/cannabis products. They would later be expected to learn the operation and maintenance of our many instruments (GC-FID, GC-MS, GCMSMS, LC-UV, LC-DAD, LCMSMS, more).
Education/Experience Requirements:
A BS in Chemistry or an equivalent degree is required. Relevant experience in food chemistry or a commercial lab is a plus but not required.
Compensation:
Pay would be negotiable based on qualifications, but for candidates with no experience, it would most likely start at $17/hr with review after three months.
