Summary: 
The Office Manager (OM) will complete necessary tasks to keep the office and all associated logistics running smoothly.

Roles and Responsibilities
· Arrive in time to open the office at 7:30 AM and close at 4:00 PM promptly.

Office Manager/Bookkeeper

Responsibilities

Position Overview:

Position available consists of general office duties consisting of and related to:

Office Coordinator

Summary

Installation and burying cable along right of ways safely. Will also be working on personal property installing fiber or copper drops to homeowners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Duties consist of using mechanized equipment such as backhoe, trucks, plows, trenchers and manual equipment

such as shovels, rack, pick axe, posthole diggers to install buried cable, fiber, and placement of pedestals or grade

level vaults along right of ways. Duties may also include getting up and out of back of truck setting up safety

perimeter using signage, cones and safety barriers and flagging traffic by holding stop and slow signs

Cannabis Customer Support Specialist

Overview


The Manager of Grower Relations position plays a key leading role in sourcing of olives from outside growers, ensuring “the right” high quality fruit is delivered to the Mill in a timely and cost effective manner. The Manager of Grower Relations serves as the liaison between the Company and its grower partners. This includes managing all existing grower relationships, cultivating new grower relationships, developing and implementing grower communication programs, evaluating grower orchards, communicating best agricultural practices, and coordinating and managing the harvest and delivery of grower fruit to mill. The Manger of Grower Relations is a member of the Ag Leadership Team.

The successful candidate will be very hands-on, working closely and collaboratively with the other members of the Ag &amp; Mill Operations leadership team in executing the Company’s aggressive growth strategy through its outside grower supply requirements.


Job Function

<li>Develop and implement strategic and tactical plans for the Grower Relations department to ensure on-going and expanded supply of olives from existing and new outside growers.</li>

Develop all planning and budgeting for Grower Relations department operations.</li>

Evaluate and manage all grower contracts, agreements and partnerships.</li>
<li>
Transmit the Company’s crop quality requirements, Good Agricultural Practices (GAP’s) and best practices to its grower community, identifying state of the art production processes and industry learnings to all outside growers.

Job Requirements

<li>Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Horticulture, Crop Science, Ag Business, or relevant discipline.</li>

A clinic in Pennsylvania is seeking an internal medicine physician who can provide locum tenens coverage for approximately three months from the beginning of August to late October with a possible extension.
