We are looking for an experienced Delivery Operations Manager with 3-5 years of experience coordinating and optimizing delivery routes, managing inbound and outbound inventory, and facilitating active communication among dispatchers, drivers, and patients. This position will lead and develop the Delivery Operations team, strictly adhering to Florida state law governing delivery to registered medical marijuana patients and GrowHealthy dispensaries. Responsibilities and Duties

<li>Ensure operational compliance with all federal, state, and local agencies, including the Department of Health’s Office of Medical Marijuana Use</li>

Summary: 
The Office Manager (OM) will complete necessary tasks to keep the office and all associated logistics running smoothly.
The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. He or she will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

· Arrive in time to open the office at 7:30 AM and close at 4:00 PM promptly.
