(North Las Vegas & Downtown Las Vegas). We have expanded our hours and we're looking to hire more talented individuals to add to our already outstanding team!

Position Summary

The Inventory Control Specialist will be a focal member of the Inventory Control team and will be responsible for effectively carrying out inventory duties following the lead of the inventory management staff. There will be a significant learning curve but the overall goal of the position is one which will work autonomously but still part of a team environment. The Inventory Control Coordinators will be staffed in line with business needs which will require 24-hour coverage.

Essential Job Function:

• Product Intake: Includes verification processing for compliance purposes. This will include extensive paperwork, ensuring appropriate labeling for accuracy and also relevance.

• Building PO in Blackbird software, ensure accurateness in replicating proper information.

• Organizes, manages, and assists in physical inventory counts at all Company locations when requested.

• Ensures inventory counts are being performed on schedule with acceptable and accurate results and ensures that the proper documentation is being executed and filed.

• Receivingproduct into sellable stock delivery with emphasis on compliance in the organization, storage, and display. Ensure these products are in compliance with state and city regulations.

• Counting, auditing, investigating and verifying all products consistently.

• Assist with backroom and vault organization.

• Responsible for QR tagging all products.

• Additional duties as requested.

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Experience:

• One year demonstrated inventory experience.

Preferred Experience:

• Two years of experience in a high-volume inventory control environment.

• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and influence skills in dealing with all levels of employees and management and is effective at developing strong credibility and working relationships.

• Effective oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to balance multiple priorities, work under pressure within established time constraints, and meet deadlines and objectives.

• Possess a team-oriented approach.

• Proficiency in Apple products/programs.

Work Conditions:

• Must be willing to work a combination of both swing and overnight shifts.

• Must be on time and ready to work when scheduled.
